Maria, Mark and their daughter were always attentive, friendly, warm and welcoming. The gite had everything you could think of and was perfectly located for biting the numerous châteaus in the region. pool and outside space was perfect!

Very pleasant and functional cottage, located near the bike route of the Canal des Deux Mers. We had a nice evening and a good night in Etauliers. Recommended.

We enjoyed staying at Gildas' very much. Gildas was a great host, he responded to questions immediately and gave us great tips for restaurants and the area. We felt very comfortable and had a lot of fun with Diego, the sheep and the chickens. A lovely little paradise, right on the Dordogne.

It was a pleasant stay and close to Bordeaux and even closer to cute towns along the river like Blaye. Lots to see and many wineries nearby as well! The accommodation is exactly as described and well worth it for the price.

Good large house overall - good spot for a family. The location is very residential so not much to do around and not super close to the city centre by foot. The parking is good for 1 car so if you are multiple families it may be a bit tough. The house was clean, good appliances and amenities in the kitchen so perfect to cook. The outdoor space is nice and adds a plus to the house. The host is not super fast to respond and the check in is very late so to note if you have children as you can’t enter before 5pm. Very kids friendly and enough space for families to be around and feel at ease.

Very good stay for us. Private accommodation as well as the outside with the jacuzzi and the pool. Very welcoming hosts. There are all the shops nearby as well. Thanks again!

We loved staying in this house. It is very pleasant and well equipped. Only small downside the bedding is not extremely comfortable, but OK for a weekend 🙂

We had such a wonderful stay at Florian’s beautiful home!! The house is so peaceful with a lovely garden full of furniture for resting or eating. The house is very clean and well laid out with everything you could need. In terms of location, it is a 10-15 uber which was around €10-15 straight to the heart of the city, or you can catch a nearby train/ tram that’s a 10 minute walk. There is also 2 food shops within a 10 minute walk from the house and plenty of take away options should you wish to stay home. We did walk back from the town centre and it took around a hour and was a lovely easy flat walk. This house is perfect for those who like to leave the city and come back to a peaceful surroundings. We loved spending the days wine tasting and touring then coming back, sitting in the garden and playing board games. Thank you Florian for a lovely stay, I hope we can come back soon!

a beautiful gite on the grounds of a very pretty chateau. surrounded by vineyards and a large parkland, great for walking the dog. the interior was exactly as portrayed in the photos. great hosts, friendly, helpful. a great stay

I can’t say enough about Marie and Gilles, the owners who live next door, who were kind and incredibly helpful during our one-month stay. They are the best! The house is beautiful and comfortable. The gardens are lovely, with trees, flowers and lawn, and beyond the property are rolling hills of vines. The kitchen is well-equipped, the wi-fi is great, and everything was perfectly clean. This is a jewel, and I highly recommend!

The surrounding calm and pleasant exterior allow a real disconnection. The parking space right in front is a real plus. Max is very pleasant, smiling, available and attentive. Perfect house! Impeccable cleanliness, more equipped than necessary, there was everything, especially in the kitchen... a joy for the fine gourmets that we are! Great bedding. Very good baby equipment. Very quiet environment, the view of the vineyards from the kitchen is exotic. Very responsive host, an asset. In short, we will be happy to come back if we pass through the area again.

We had a great week at Jean-Charles. The accommodation is very cozy and surrounded by greenery. Since we were looking for peace and quiet, we were in the right place. From there, you can quickly reach Bordeaux and Saint-Emilion by car. It is also only about 1 to 1.5 hours to the Atlantic, depending on traffic and destination. The contact with Jean-Charles was very friendly and helpful. We received many tips for excursions and restaurants. Thank you for everything. ☺️

It is a nice apartment, we enjoy the staying, it is half an hour to go to the city center by car.

Very good stay, too bad I was there for work, couldn't enjoy the pool enough.😅 If I come back to the area and the Airbnb is available, I'll go back without hesitation.
