Holiday rentals with lake access in Amatique Bay

The location was great, walking distance to the beach, near a very nice beach club. Guards were very attentive and also polite and friendly. There was a small problem with some noisy neighbors and both Charlotte and the guards were quick to ask them to quiet down. The power went out on Sat but Charlotte kept us updated on the progress of the repairs. She also offered a refund, which was very professional and nice.

Excelente opción para un descanso tranquilo. Muy cerca de la playa, en una zona muy segura. Gigi estuvo pendiente y en comunicación. Totalmente recomendado, y esperamos volver pronto.

Honestly, I cannot say enough praise about this property. We stayed here to celebrate my father-in-law’s 80th birthday, and it was absolutely perfect. There were 9 of us, and we all felt so comfortable and at home. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped, allowing us to cook most of our meals together—some of our favorite memories from the trip came from those shared moments. Melissa was so kind and responsive throughout our stay, and Antonio went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. Their hospitality truly made this experience extra special. We created memories here that we will cherish forever. Highly, highly recommend this property!

We had a great time in Placencia. The place was perfect for our needs - spacious, comfy, clean linens, and had all the amenities we needed. It was nice to walk to the resort and have access to the pool and restaurant. Vincent was responsive and checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure we had what we needed and to make recommendations. The house is a short drive to restaurants and grocery stores. Overall a great stay in Belize!

Our stay was exceptional! The condo had an ocean view, felt private, had everything we needed to cook a few meals, the restaurant had delicious meals, groceries were close by, staff was responsive, on-site staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and well kept, the grounds were immaculate.

George was a truly great host, if I had any questions or need something, all I had to do was ask!! Would definitely stay with George again.

Fascinating architectural masterpiece and amazing grounds/pool/shared spaces. Quiet and private, but still 15 minutes from all the places you'd want to go in Placencia, and that also means it's convenient if your driving into the mainland to do hiking or ecotourism. Adorable geckos will come visit you in the (amazing) shower, and the whole place just feels special. Not walking or biking distance from the stuff to do in town, but if you have a rental car or golf cart this isn't a problem. 100% would stay again and highly recommend.

Casa Velaré was a good place. Guillermo respond fast and always gave us options. The house was clean and the amenities were good.

Excelente lugar para estar en familia, fácil de llegar, cerca del mar y se encuentra en una zona muy tranquila. La casa cuenta con todos los utilensios necesarios y más, comunicación y atención muy efectiva. Totalmente recomendado.

Es un lugar precioso en el Lago de Izabal. La playa se ve dorada; la casa se mezcla perfectamente con el paisaje. La casa es muy cómoda, diseñada para disfrutar cada espacio mientras se disfruta de la belleza del lago. Tiene muchos ambientes por lo que la hace ideal para grupos grandes; muchas cosas para hacer dentro y fuera de la casa. Muchas gracias por la atención y cuidado.

La casa es muy hermosa y está bien equipada, los anfitriones fueron muy amables y estuvieron pendientes de nuestra llegada todo el tiempo ya que en el camino nos demoramos y llegamos tarde. Nos sentimos muy cómodos y disfrutamos mucho nuestras vacaciones, la ubicación de la casa es perfecta. Recomiendo mucho esta casa y espero pronto volver junto a mi familia.
