Alex place was such a wonderfull experience. the home was located in a safe and covenient place, clean and comfortable beds. The air conditioner was such a plus since pto. Barrios is known for being hot. The large TV made it perfect for movie night which the kids enjoyed. Hot water was amazing to have. Alex is a very attentive host and made sure to let us know he was available if we needed anything. Words cannot express what a great stay we had and how much we miss the place already.

Everything was great in the house, the host responded quite quickly and was always on the lookout. Just a detail, the airs of the rooms were almost not cool but the rest was quite good.

Very good experience from the beginning, communication with Christian is excellent and Karla is very friendly and helpful, she gave us the house and even gave the extra mile, an attention for our dogs who arrived tired of the trip; we are a small family, 2 adults, 2 girls and 2 frenchies, we all had a great time since the pool is wide, there is Volleyball court and a few meters away is the sea. The house is very comfortable and has everything you need, if you happen to forget something, Tomas the foreman solves it. The energy went out in the area a couple of times, but no problem, the house has an automatic electric plant that turns on until the air, so no problem. It also has a large garden where the dogs were able to run and play. At all times Christian and Karla were attentive to our stay in case we needed something, very good work of both, we felt like turning on the house.

The place is very timid and the location next to the hotel paradise, very accessible.

Very nice, much better than in the photographs, Manrique responds quickly and is on the lookout, the house is very clean and has everything you need, the place is quite quiet and quiet to have a good rest, easy access less than 10 minutes from the fortress and the entire tourist sector of Omoa. excellent, I hope it's available for my next vacations.

Just as pictured, Cindi was very helpful in this last minute rental and was very responsive to our messages. Recommended stay!

A spacious , clean house, well-equipped kitchen, nice pool and external shower; the bathrooms look neglected , but it's normal in beach houses because of salt and humidity. 12 people coexist with enough space ; you reach the beach by private access, and the distance between houses gives enough privacy without being completely isolated. Very nice sea area, clean , safe and you can walk on the beach . Highly recommended, we would definitely rent it again

A very beautiful house and very large impressive Pool. I would gladly return.

There were 12 of us that stayed for about 6 nights. The staff was extremely accommodating and respectful. Brenda came every day to clean up/make our beds/and do our laundry. Manuel was our chef and did an amazing job. Even tho we came in the rainy season, we had full sun during most days. It was very well worth it and I’d recommend to anyone with a large group staying in Placencia :)
