Cozy house offers beautifully refinished original hardwood floors, great covered patio in back and relaxing view of our amazing West Texas sunsets. Within one block of landscaped West Hills park. 2 car driveway for off street parking Walmart, United grocery store, and Walgreens less than a mile away. Easy access to Amarillo Boulevard. + NO SMOKING allowed in the home or on my property, including front yard, patio, back patio and backyard. Garage is not for guest use. I do not host to locals.

The Bunny Bungalow

Enjoy a relaxing getaway for two in our brand new bungalow. The studio design features everything you need in one convenient living space - a king bed with fresh white cotton bedding and luxe pillows, comfy chairs for enjoying the fireplace and TV, intimate dining area and a stylish kitchen. The bath features a double vanity, tub for two and modern shower. A full size laundry set is tucked near the back door. The back yard features a cedar pergola with hot tub, a seating area and gas BBQ grill.

Blue Quail Bunkhouse

This awesome little house is just 10 minutes from most of Amarillo. This house is very clean and freshly remodeled. Our guests all agree this is such a relaxing place to stay. The house itself is a small efficiency, 1 room with everything you'll need for your stay. Inside the house is very clean and comfortable but outside is my favorite part. Here you'll find some of the best front porch sittin' around and the sunsets are pretty awesome too! You'll have wide open spaces and plenty of privacy.

Not your typical Airbnb. This charming historic 1923 home was recently renovated. Close to everything & furnished like a home, not a hotel with plenty of space to gather or spread out. We’ve tried to catch every detail from comfy mattresses, bamboo hypo-allergenic sheets, fluffy towels. Toys, games, 3 smart TVs, fiber optic WiFi, & great back yard with firepit & games for everyone. The bath offers a rain shower or a hand held version. The bedroom boasts of a mini split, large tv and queen size bed. There is a second mini split in the kitchen/dining area/living for your comfort. At 320 Sq.Ft., it lives like a much larger home.

Texas Space

The Texas Space is an upstairs one bedroom apartment with a great balcony. The bedroom has a queen size bed and the living room has a trundle bed. We are 4 walking blocks from the hottest corner in downtown Amarillo, 35 eateries, 8 walking blocks from the ball park. There is driveway parking and a large area for free street parking. There is a $5 pet fee. There are no cleaning fees or chores for you to do!
