It is a stone house in the middle of the fields, ideal for recharging your batteries! 10 minutes from Bressuire. 1 km from Boismé: bakery, Api grocery store, restaurant. A large, secluded property, garden furniture, a barbecue, and lounge chairs to enjoy the great outdoors! 45 mins from Puy du Fou! 1.5 hours from the beaches! 1 hour from Futuroscope and the marsh. Ability to rent bed linens.

Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

Price is inclusive of bedding/towels & a welcome basket with supplies for your first nights stay, no extra charges.

Le Parc 79 – Historic Manoir, guesthouse & pool

Le Parc 79 consists of 2 houses on 6 acres of private land. We sleep up to 18 people across both properties, giving guests flexible use of the public and private areas. Le Parc (main house) has 6 bedrooms (5 doubles + 1 twin + foldout bed). Le Pavillon (guesthouse) has 2 bedrooms (1 double +1 triple). We offer a 12 x 5m unheated saltwater pool, terraces and parkland. We're unable to host weddings/events - please see note below (in Other details to note)

Quiet, between Gâtine and Bocage Bressuirais, we offer the cozy and charming Cabane Escale Mirador. Change of scenery guaranteed in the heart of nature. Ideally located for sightseeing trips: 1 hour from Puy du Fou and Futuroscope, 45 minutes from the Poitevin marsh, and 1.5 hours from the Charente and Vendée coasts. Horseback riding. Duvet with cover not provided, possible for an extra charge of €20. Towels not provided. No smoking in the tree house.

Our hamlet will be an opportunity to recharge your batteries in the heart of Gâtine. 10 min drive to Parthenay, its medieval district and its festivals: FLIP (Parthenay International Games Festival), De bouche à oreilles, Ah?, the gîte is ideally located at the crossroads of attractive places such as Puy du Fou, Futuroscope, the Poitevin marsh, Poitiers, La Rochelle

The Presbytère des Groseillers-79 gîte

Located in the heart of Deux-Sèvres, Le Presbytère des Groseillers is perfectly placed to radiate between Gâtine, Parthenay, Niort, the Poitevin marsh, La Rochelle, La Vendée and Le Puy du Fou. In addition to the surrounding countryside and the Autize stream, guests can enjoy on-site painting exhibitions and musical instruments (piano, guitar, percussion). It's the perfect place to meet with friends and family, stay in peace and relax!

Rustic & Cozy

Charming 94 m² cottage ideally located in Gâtine Poitevine between Futuroscope, Puy du Fou and Marais Poitevin. Feel free to visit the "osez la Gâtine" website to get an overview of our region. Sensitive to Heritage and ecology, we had to try different recipes for plasters, paints and tips that we will be happy to share with you if you wish.

Les Gîtes de la Barre near PUY DU FOU

The Gîte de la Mare can accommodate 10 to 12 people, located in the heart of the Bocage and its hiking trails. Near Bressuire between PUY DU FOU and MARAIS POITEVIN (45 min), the Vendée coast, Futuroscope and La Rochelle about 1 hr 15 min. 10 minutes from Pescalis, adventure forest, karting and many local visits.
