Le Petit Toit Gîte at La Charpenterie

Newly refurbished for the 2024 season, self-catering gîte for two in rural France, offering a double bedroom, en-suite walk-in shower room, open plan living with log fire and two private patio areas. It's a wonderful situation at the head of the beautiful Gatine valley. Ideal any season for walking, cycling or simply taking time out. In the winter months you’ll be cozy with the log burner - and there are heaters if you need extra warmth in a cold snap - just ask, we’re always nearby to help.

Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

Découvrez le paysage qui entoure ce logement de 55m2. Une pièce unique munie de 2 lits 2 places, une cuisine, et une salle de bain. Le logement est confortable, simple et rénové avec soin. Je fais en sorte qu’on s’y sente bien mais amis de l’exigence et du luxe passez votre chemin. Un cadre bucolique où la tranquillité est le maitre mot. Je suis située à 1h du puy du fou, 1h du futuroscope et 1h des marais au milieu des 3 sites emblématiques qui entoure mon exploitation.

Vous serez chez l’habitant tout en ayant votre entière indépendance. Entrée indépendante avec placard ,une petite cuisine, une salle de bain wc, coin chambre avec un lit 160/200 pour plus de confort. Passez le portail bordeaux, votre logement se situe au rez-de-chaussée. Studio situé proche centre-ville et commerce. Parking gratuit sous les arbres à l’ombre. Le ménage doit être fait avant votre départ. Les frais appliqués sont pour le linge de lit et de toilette.

Quiet, between Gâtine and Bocage Bressuirais, we offer the cozy and charming Cabane Escale Mirador. Change of scenery guaranteed in the heart of nature. Ideally located for sightseeing trips: 1 hour from Puy du Fou and Futuroscope, 45 minutes from the Poitevin marsh, and 1.5 hours from the Charente and Vendée coasts. Horseback riding. Duvet with cover not provided, possible for an extra charge of €20. Towels not provided. No smoking in the tree house.

You will stay in the front part of the house, a 2 room studio In the countryside but close to all amenities, a 24/7 API bakery and grocery store open 24/7 in the village of Viennay 2 minutes by car. A bigger bakery with snaking open 7/7 with bread machine 3 minutes away. Berthonniere fruit and vegetable store. Possibility to pick as well. And 10 minutes from downtown Parthenay

We have made this place a small peaceful oasis where you can enjoy the tranquility. Double bunk beds, cabin style. Sheets, bath towels and linens are included in the price. Breakfast package on request. Rated 2-star furnished tourist accommodation
