Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

Das Ferienhaus wird jetzt das erste Mal vermietet nachdem es umfangreich erneuert wurde. Du findest eine gut ausgestattete Küche, drei Doppelbetten, eine Klimaanlage und einen Kamin vor. In den umliegenden Wäldern kannst du wandern, du kannst im nahegelegenen See baden, angeln oder Kanu fahren.

The "Kranichhof" is just minutes from the swimming lake in the old village. There is a large orchard and horse paddocks. The spacious, 90-square-meter loft apartment is on the first floor of an old converted and expanded farmhouse. It has a large bedroom, shower and bathtub, fully equipped kitchen and a large living room with TV reading area, desk, dining area, additional sofa bed and large balcony terrace. We have renovated our beautiful barn and created three apartments and a sauna, among other things. The farm is elaborately planted and designed.
