Excellent brand new studio. Very bright and fully equipped with everything brand new. Privileged location 2 blocks from the city's main avenues (Oroño and Pellegrini). Meters from Independencia Park, the main green lung. 10 blocks from Pichincha, a bar and brewery area. Very close to the women's health center and the best clinics and diagnostic centers. Really close to everything!

I went to Rosario for an event over the weekend and needed a place to stay in the city centre for one night. The place is very nice and well equipped, it is ideal for one or two people. It's comfortable, in a nice building. When I arrived everything was very clean, and everything even smelled like a very nice perfume. The shower works well, and the bed is comfortable. I haven't used the kitchen, but it was fully equipped.

My stay in this apartment was wonderful! It is compact, but has everything you need to stay for a few days. The bed is very comfortable and the living room works very well for those who need to work. I found the possibility of using the washing machine very useful, it was one of the decisive factors for me. You can admire the sunrise and sunset in autumn! The neighborhood is very good, I felt safe even traveling alone and walking around at night. It has several restaurants, markets and squares/parks nearby, which makes the experience of getting to know the city very good! Roberto checked me in and out and was very attentive. The responses from Airbnb were always quick and efficient. I really enjoyed my stay and recommend it!

We stayed only 1 night with our 4-year-old daughter and everything was impeccable, Soledad's service, the garage in the same building! (It was always difficult for us to find in Rosario), the environment full of restaurants and the beautiful loft, with everything you need to have an excellent stay. We'll be back for sure!

We went to Rosario for 10 days for work and we were looking for a quiet place to rest. It certainly exceeded expectations, the apartment is equipped for everything, the beds are super comfortable, everything works very well, the shower, which is always something that is half and half, in this case works perfectly, the water pressure is excellent and the hot water is great. The neighborhood is very quiet on the outskirts of the city, and being private gives you a lot of peace of mind. We will definitely choose it again. I recommend it 100%!! 👍
