Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Alto Mijares

The house has met our expectations. It was very clean and had everything to spend a few days relaxing. The beach is literally next to it and you can arrive in 3 minutes walking, although if you don't feel like going down to the sea you can also bathe in the pool. You have to follow several instructions when arriving and leaving, but the owners detail you and explain everything very well. Communication with them has been excellent. We enjoyed a weekend with great friends!

Very pleasant stay for a goodbye. Frederic is always very attentive to everything, kind and willing, even adapted the sofa for a night that we were more people. A phenomenal location to spend a few days both in the house and in the environment so pleasant that surrounds it. Close to natural areas to enjoy and very nice villages. We will certainly repeat.

We stayed here before in 2017 so knew that it was a great location for the beach and the area. Also great metro connection for the city within easy reach. Alejandro was really helpful and made the trip successful

The place was amazing and felt like home. Clean and peaceful and next to the beach which was amazing. We loved our stay and Nadia was more thank helpful with suggestions and a late check out which was wonderful considering our schedule. We would definitely recommend a stay here and a perfect 10

This property is superb! It was clean, modern and well equipped with everything we needed for our weekend away. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop views and terrace dining area. Swimming pool access was another highlight for us. Our group of 7 were able to fit well, and we would be happy to book another holiday here! Hosts Jose & Mercedes were helpful and accommodating, making the checkin and checkout processes smooth and easy. They made themselves available via message throughout our stay for assistance with booking paddel and miscellaneous questions. Highly recommend!

Eugénia is very welcoming, he allowed us to access the accommodation before check-in time. the apartment is very well equipped and nicely decorated and the neighborhood is peaceful with plenty of good restaurant and the beach everything is within walking distance. free street parking or nearby small streets. very nice stay. thanks for everything

Thanks to Gaelle and Khalid (and Farid) for hosting this place which is just perfect. the accommodation is located less than 10 minutes walk from the sandy beach and 5 minutes drive from the center of Alcossebre in absolute calm in a gated property with swimming pool, children's play area and even a chicken coop. Our little girl loved it! The house is clean, functional and spacious with a terrace that directly overlooks the pool. The hosts are adorable even if we met them little during our stay. We had a lovely stay in a beautiful area and felt at home for a week. Thanks to them.

We were excited to visit Valencia where our college student was studying Spanish. The host, Anthony, comminicated clearly and in a timely way before check-in, during the check-in process, and throughout our stay. He was generous with suggestions for how to fully enjoy Valencia, Las Fallas, and what to expect during the festival. The building is beautiful with old-world character yet modern comforts. The main living space opens onto a pretty courtyard. It was lovely to begin the day listening to the birds while drinking coffee provided by the host. The apartment features a well-equipped kitchen. Having two bathrooms was an added bonus for our family of the three. The location of the apartment was great for walking all over Valencia to its most well-known sites and not far from many of the Las Fallas festivities. If we get to visit Valencia again we would book this amazing property without hesitation! You should do the same if you want to be close to sites of Valencia.

Very friendly hosts who responded quickly and were also super flexible! The accommodation was top and the location too; lots to see within walking distance and nice restaurants around the corner. We have fallen in love with Valencia so will definitely come back, and would then choose this accommodation again! Thank you!

Fantastic apartment with excellent location, renovated and with all the services available (parking, wifi, linens, towels, toiletries, hairdryer, iron, kitchenware, products for the first days such as oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, dishwasher tablets……). Very complete kit. The views from the spectacular terrace, where you can eat four people perfectly. Even the views from the living-dining room are breathtaking. Air conditioning in the living room and heaters for the bedrooms. Located 5 minutes walk from the village and beachfront. Ana is very attentive and responding very quickly in communications with them. Excellent host, thank you very much Ana. PD. If there was a hammock on the terrace any would not leave the apartment :-)

Everything was excellent, the apartment was just as shown in the photos, everything was very clean. He left us everything we needed for our stay, not only the obvious things like cutlery and plates, but also supplies such as paper, shampoo, toothbrushes, detergent, towels, etc. His service was always very kind, before arriving, during and after. The place was perfect, as we were close to the center and many places of interest. No complaints, I would definitely come back👌.

Ambrosio's apartment is very nice. A few hundred meters from Patacona beach. 25-30 minutes by bike (or bus) to the center of Valencia. Flat has a balcony where you can eat and drink with 4 at the table. The balcony on the 2nd floor is on a large square where children play and a nice football field next to it. Only a side note about the pool at the apartment; they want peace and quiet - no running, jumping, no balls, chairs and attributes allowed, so unsuitable for our children. Fortunately, the sea is close by. Antonio responds quickly and is very helpful. A nice base near the sea and beach to explore Valencia!

I had a very good time at this B&B in Valencia and hereby write my good comments: Room environment: The room is very modern and clean, giving it a comfortable feeling. Kitchen Dining: The kitchen and dining area is very spacious, equipped with an oven and microwave, and is easy to use. Convenient for shopping: There is a big supermarket nearby, just 3 minutes on foot, very convenient for shopping. Value for money: Though it takes about 30 minutes to drive to the center of Valencia, it's really good value for money considering the value for money.Also, free parking on the surrounding streets. Small suggestion: suggesting the owner to repair the buttons for the shower and toilet, everything else was perfect. Service Feedback: The owner's response was also very timely and gave a good impression. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Clean, bright, comfortable apartment with everything necessary for life. Close to the sea. The owners are very kind and responsive. The only problem for me is soundproofing and thermal insulation.

Apartment with all the essentials and very new. We found everything in perfect condition and worked properly. The location is good, on a ground floor of an urbanization with great common areas for children, and next to the beach. María Jesús was very friendly both upon arrival and departure.

The apartment absolutely corresponded to the hostess's description. Since we first booked through Airbnb, we were a little skeptical and excited. However, completely unfounded! Check-in went smoothly and we were shown the facility as well as the apartment in peace. The apartment was very clean and is super modern, there is even air conditioning that we liked to use. The unit is well maintained and large. We loved staying at the large pool which was also very well maintained. We liked to drive to Vinaros about 15 kilometers away to the sea. There were four of us, including two children, in the apartment and we were very satisfied.

Collette was very helpful and communicated well. The pictures included with the check in instructions were extremely helpful, thank you for that. The location is perfect to walk everywhere.

A very good direct welcome from Antonio accompanied by an aperitif appreciated. Complete accommodation (kitchen and bathroom supplies are an example of the kind) very clean with the beach and shops accessible in a few minutes while having direct access to the road to Valencia without forgetting public transport We would highly recommend.

The accommodation is phenomenal, comfortable, clean and with everything you need. It's exactly as shown in the photos. Antonio Luis's treatment is great, very nice and attentive. Everything was clear upon arrival and explained everything phenomenal, in addition to being very flexible!
