Step-free accommodation with terrace and large and green garden. We enjoyed it with our Setter Gordon. Beatrice and Michel are very welcoming and available hosts. The accommodation is clean and very well furnished (all the necessities are there) private parking in front of the house outside. It is very well located, close to Hossegor (oyster farming huts) are worth a visit, as well as Seignosse, Capbreton, Soustons, the forest and ponds with very good restaurants. We had a great time at Pierre's! The house is perfect for a family or small group of friends, the interior and exterior offer great comfort, as well as the location where we were close to the city center and shopping malls. The welcome, communication and support were great, the responsiveness was there. I highly recommend Pierre's place!

Great stay in Cape Breton, the accommodation is super well-equipped, and well thought out! The terrace is lovely (small bonus for darts and bikes). It's perfectly located, both downtown and the beaches. Thanks to Laura and Arnaud for our very fluid exchanges. 😊

A very pleasant villa, full of charm, with a large terrace and a cozy and well-appointed pool area (even if we did not use it in November). The garden is beautiful, very green and beautifully planted, not overlooked. Inside, a large open kitchen with plenty of storage and countertops, ideal when there are many people! A large living room and good-sized bedrooms. 2 large bathrooms. We spent 3 days for a family gathering and we don't regret our booking choice. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We'll be happy to come back sometime. 😊

Knowing Capbreton well, perfect location! Right next to the city center Clean apartment, linens that smell like laundry, quiet residence! Hosted with two cookies for my dogs, a small gesture that makes me happy 😊 Accommodation that receives dogs, and that's really the best! To know that the terrace is not closed but overlooks a large common area of the residence.

It was a very positive first experience. The house is very nice, well located regarding the beaches and areas of interest and, the place is very quiet. The house was clean and tidy when we arrived. Ready to be enjoyed. Communication with Izaskun de 10, polite, attentive, kind and attentive to everything. He recommended many places and things to do and see. The pool gives the house a plus😊. Great stay in this accommodation which matches the description perfectly. Close to Lac Marin du Vieux Boucau/Soustons beach. 5-minute walk to a nice walk around the lake. Pure pleasure (5 km walk) very friendly host. I recommend the accommodation with an average of 30/20!!! LOL. Really great!

Although quite remote, the accommodation is easy to find as long as you follow the instructions provided. Then, the accommodation matches the different photos perfectly. We particularly appreciated the hospitality of Jean and Agnès who were also very discreet. We were able to enjoy the barbecue, deckchairs and hammock. I highly recommend it if you're looking for peace and quiet!

Frédérique is very responsive, welcoming and caring. The accommodation is ideally located because close to the Golf and the beach, quiet. We came as a family with our 2 children (6 and 3 years old) and indeed you should not be younger facing the stairs. Very pleasant outdoors. A place to remember. I would highly recommend.

We stopped for one night on the way to Spain. Perfect place to relax and rest. Worm welcome, place as described. Quiet area. All great!

The accommodation is small, but the surrounding environment is very nature-friendly and the host is friendly.Use the trail as much as possible. It is also very good to wake up to the sound of birds. I recommend it.
