Thanks to the pull-out sofa bed in the living area, the holiday apartment can accommodate 4 people. From a spacious terrace you have a wonderful view of the Traunstein, Traunsee and the surrounding mountains. The holiday apartment is surrounded by greenery and is the perfect starting point for excursions in the Salzkammergut. Important: - The nearest supermarket is 3 kilometers away. - The house is located on a mountain at an altitude of 500 meters and can only be reached by car. - Me and my children live on the floor above the holiday apartment. - I own a dog, but it is child-friendly. -For the city of Altmünster, a tourism expense of 2.40 euros per night and person is paid, which is already included in the price and is not charged additionally. -Cleaning costs are included in the price

Die kleine Ortschaft liegt umgeben von drei Voralpenbergen inmitten des Sternen- Naturparks Attersee-Traunsee und bietet eine optimale Ausgangslage für unzählige Ausflüge und viele sportliche Aktivitäten, wie wandern, bergsteigen, radfahren, schifahren, baden, schwimmen usw.

Unsere gemütliche Wohnung befindet sich in unserem Einfamilienhaus in den Bergen. Man blickt in die Berge und genießt dabei die idyllische Ruhe. Die Wohnung ist mehr als Familien Wohnung gedacht . Das Badzimmer ist durchs Schlafzimmer zu betreten. Nur 4,5 km vom Attersee entfernt kann man zahlreiche Freizeitaktivitäten unternehmen. Die nächste Einkaufmöglichkeit befindet sich direkt im anliegenden Ort Nussdorf 4,5 km. Unsere Unterkunft ist nicht mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen.

Von unserer Ferienwohnung, die Abseits der Durchzugsstraße direkt am Waldrand liegt, sind sie in 15 Minuten zu Fuß im Ortszentrum von Traunkirchen, ebenfalls in 15 Minuten bei weiteren Geschäften, einer Bäckerei und der Ärztin mit angeschlossener Apotheke. Den Bahnhof erreichen sie zu Fuß in 20 Minuten, eine Bushaltestelle in 10 Minuten. Öffentliche Badeplätze im Ortsteil Winkl und im Zentrum von Traunkirchen sind ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Open apartment (105m²) not far from the shore of the Traunsee (300m), with a fantastic view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. The apartment is on the first floor, with its own entrance. There are two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with shower and toilet and another toilet, a large kitchen with dining area and living room with TV. Two balconies allow a great view. Parking is available in the carport on the property.
