Die Wohnung befindet sich im EG und kann ohne Treppensteigen erreicht werden. Die Wohnung liegt sehr nahe (2 Autominuten) an der Autobahn A4. Das große Einkaufszentrum Chemnitz Center ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Die Haltestelle der Buslinie 21 ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt, mit der Sie das Stadtzentrum und den Hauptbahnhof erreichen können.

Dear future guest, In one of the best locations in Chemnitz, equipped with a park or castle pond, which also invites you to take beautiful walks, 15 minutes away from the city center is my cozy, inexpensive accommodation. From the central train station it is a 20-minute walk or by bus (line 21) directly 100 m from my front door. The apartment offers a nice balcony, bathroom with bathtub, 1.80 bed and a small kitchen with coffee machine. See you soon!

The center of Chemnitz is only 8 km away and also easily accessible by bus (stop right outside the door). The beautiful Lichtenwalde Castle and the Baroque garden can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. The area is characterized by many hiking trails, forests and quaint restaurants.
