Pure relaxation in the designer house on Lake Grimnitz

Looking for pure relaxation from the city or vacation like in Tuscany? Then the best place to stay with us. The Schorfheide is known for the Buchenwald Grumsin. Here you will find large swimming lakes with crystal clear water, such as the Werbellinsee and Lake Grimnitz. Our house offers spectacular views of Lake Grimnitz. Within a 2-minute walk you can reach the sandy beach of the lake. The shore is very flat and therefore also suitable for children. You can enjoy the evenings on the terrace.

A house in the fields

The house is situated alone in a sea of fields, surrounded by the wind in a fantastic perennial garden. With the help of many artist colleagues and friends, this formerly unspectacular guesthouse from the 1990s was converted and renovated into a small oasis and a garden was created with the help of landscape designer Rainer Elstermann. In constant growth and change, an idyllic place was created - and is still being created - in which 10 people can be accommodated in the guest part.

Schorfheider blueberry am Grimnitzsee

Pure nature in the Schorfheide-Chorin Biosphere Reserve. Within the biosphere reserve, the accommodation in Joachimsthal is located on the edge of a holiday village with GDR history, directly on Lake Grimnitz. Various owners rent out their bungalows there. The newly renovated, 40 sqm apartment on the upper floor has a balcony (sunny in the afternoon), a bedroom, a dining room with a small office corner and a living room with kitchenette as well as a small bathroom with shower.

Lakefront double bungalow

Our double bungalow has 4 bedrooms, 2 shower bathrooms, living room with fireplace and kitchen on 80 m². It can accommodate up to 8 people. The terrace is covered and nicely sunny with a southeast orientation. There are two parking spaces available. The swimming area on Lake Grimnitz is about 300 m away and a 5-minute walk away, ideal for children. The Schorfheide and its surroundings are known for their many excursion destinations, e.g. Geopark, Eberswalde Zoo and much more

Old fisherman's house on Lake Grimnitz

Our house is situated right by the bathing beach, just a 3-minute walk from the front door. It offers a perfect blend of modern amenities and historical charm. You'll stay in the 110 sqm upper floor of the fisherman's house, with four bedrooms accommodating up to eight people. Admire the gallery displaying old fishing pictures from the 1920s and enjoy the lake view through ancient maple and cherry trees. The kitchen and living area are perfect for relaxation.

Vacation home in the countryside

The apartment is located in a stylish old farmhouse converted in 2023 in the Schorfheide nature reserve, and is only a 2-minute walk from the lake, where you can swim quietly and relax. The house has a rowboat, which can be used for a fee (€10/day). From the large outdoor terrace you can watch cranes and storks in the meadow belonging to the courtyard. The Chorin monastery and the Brodowin eco-village can each be reached in 15 minutes by car (30 minutes by bike).

The GDR bungalow with 80m² was extensively renovated by us and is under constant expansion. Our airbnb credo is to offer our guests a vacation as we would like to spend it ourselves - simply because we enjoy our property personally. Four bedrooms not only allow for relaxed family vacations, but also offer plenty of space for friends or company retreats thanks to the generous kitchen, spacious living room and extensive courtyard. you can also camp here :)

Apartment-2 with lake view directly on Lake Werbellin

Lovingly furnished and sunny apartment right on the turquoise Werbelinsee. Wake up and look directly at the beautiful Werbelinsee from the box spring bed. Lake Werbelin was created during the Weisel Ice Age and impresses with its clear water and its naturalness. The apartment on the 2nd floor with elevator is located in an old brickyard and offers the perfect vacation directly on the lake. From the balcony you can enjoy nature, the lake and the marina.

It has three bedrooms and one bathroom on each floor. In the living room is a fireplace, for a cozy time on colder days.
