The cozy "cottage Pfajfar" is centrally located and yet in a pleasant quiet location on the outskirts of the Norse region in the idyllic village of Guttaring directly on the bike path R7 C (bicycles are at your disposal directly at the house). A 800 m2 garden with fruit trees frames our cottage and is ideal for relaxing, grilling and pets. For grocery deliveries directly to the house, the local dealers are at your disposal. In my house, where people who live here and guests meet, there is an apartment with 2 rooms, a kitchen with a dining area and a bathroom with a toilet. The apartment is located on the second floor of the house and forms its own residential unit and is well suited for 4 people. !! Attention: the bathroom is half a floor lower and can be reached via steps. The garden can also be used. If required, the seminar room can also be booked.

Centrally located in central Carinthia, 5 minutes by car to St. Veit/Glan, 20 minutes to the state capital Klagenfurt with the beautiful Wörthersee. About a kilometer away you will find the idyllic Lake Kraigersee for swimming. In the village, there is a local supplier, a doctor and hot food to pick up.

Wake up in a hut built with wood from our forest, in an idyllic location. In the morning, from your warm bed, you can gaze through the panoramic glass, and admire the magnificent view of the Kamnik-Savinja Alps. In the hut is one double bed with a pull-out extra bed, small kitchen with fridge, outdoor terrace with deck chair. Every hut has its own bathroom in the immediate vicinity (15m-30m).

In 1948, the rustic alpine hut of the Ratheiser family was built in an absolutely secluded location and has always been enjoyed by its guests. The Pirkerhütte is well suited for families, friends and nature lovers who want to find a special kind of experience in this place. The Pirkeralm is a wonderful, untouched piece of earth, which gives people rest and strength for everyday life!
