In 3-5 Minuten bist du auch von hier zu Fuß am Strand, am Supermarkt oder im Park. Rostock ist nur wenige Km entfernt. Dieses kleine Raumwunder {genau hinter unserem Surfshop} ist liebevoll und urindividuell eingerichtet und bietet Platz für 2 Erwachsene sowie 2 kleine Kinder {1 Familienbett 180x200 und 1 Ausziehbett 70x160}.

Small, cosy, practical, perfectly located holiday apartment in Warnemünde! Flooded with light, in the attic, it is looking forward to friends of the Baltic Sea - which is only 70 m away - but still only 4 minutes to the church square, the heart of Warnemünde. Since the couch is also available as a sleeping place, up to 4 people can stay there - but it is optimal for 2 people. For children, I am happy to provide a bed and chair on request. Dogs are always welcome at my place!

The quiet 56 sqm apartment with underfloor heating is located directly on the promenade, which invites you to stroll, drink coffee and enjoy wonderful food. The lighthouse and beach are about 1-2 minutes away by foot. The vacation home with a modern bathroom and complete household equipment offers a double bed and a sofa bed for up to 4 people. A baby bed can be added if necessary. Linens and towels are included.

Small apartment (approx. 36 m²) in the basement of a city villa with separate entrance. The well-known Hotel Neptun is only about 100m away. Much more beach proximity is almost impossible. Access is via an electronic lock. Linens and towels are furnished. The apartment is equipped with cable TV, Wi-Fi, FireTV - the kitchen in addition with Senseo and Sodastream.
