This spacious apartment sleeps 4 people. The interior design runs like a red thread through the entire penthouse, with warm tones in the oak herringbone floor, furniture in walnut veneer and modern accents such as the terrazzo tiles. A place to feel good and relax has been created. In the heart of the Ski Amadé ski region, above the local carpentry shop and directly in the center next to the Fritzbach, is the RiverLoft overlooking the Hochkönig.

The apartment is quiet and centrally located, has a balcony and its own fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook comfortably and the central location allows you to easily reach the local restaurants, cafés and supermarkets. You also have quick and easy access to the surrounding ski or hiking areas. You can use the in-house ski room to store your skis and ski boots. The car can be parked directly on the property.

Our stylish and luxurious alpine chalet is located at 1400 m above sea level. Enjoy the 80 m² terrace with panoramic sauna and jacuzzi. The secluded location makes our chalet with a bottle of wine from the in-house wine cellar something very special. In winter, the Kreischberg, Grebenzen and Lachtal areas invite you to ski. In summer, hikes and a visit to the district capital of Murau are recommended.

We planned and built the apartment ourselves in a unique way. It is centrally located and yet in a quiet location. A ski bus stop is a few meters behind our house. The city center is a 5-minute walk away. We are in the center of countless well-known ski resorts (Reiteralm, Obertauern, Ski Amade, Zauchensee,....) but even in summer there is a lot to offer!

Our apartment is characterized by a perfect location for skiing and hiking experiences. The apartment is located right next to the ski slope on the Planai (middle station)! Our vacation home with sauna and hot tub is located in beautiful Gosau am Dachstein in Upper Austria. The entire width of the living room is glazed and offers a stunning view of the Gosaukamm. The discreet kitchen in the living room has everything you need for cooking. The spacious bedroom can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children.
