Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

The home is situated in the heart of the village a short walk from the ski shop, nursery ski slope and all the restaurants. The main ski slope is only a five minute walk from the front door. Our cozy farmhouse is located right in the center of Abtenau and can accommodate up to 12 people. It has 4 bedrooms with double beds as well as additional sleeping accommodations. Easy walking distance to restaurants and stores. Enjoy hiking, mountain biking, walks, beautiful alpine pastures and waterfalls. Families enjoy the outdoor swimming pool, miniature golf and summer toboggan run. The Karkogel ski lift is very close.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The wonderful tranquility and the beautiful view of the Grossarl mountain and natural landscape is ideal for relaxing and recharging. In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.
