Monthly Rentals in Alta

We had a great stay at Jenifer's place. We were there to ski at Alta / Snowbird and it was a great spot for that. Her and her husband worked hard to try to get us an earlier check in, which was super nice. The kitchen was well stocked, and we had everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinners at home. Beds were comfortable, and the living areas were nice (TV with ROKU was super easy to work with). WiFi was solid and had no issues. You'll have plenty of space. Huge garage that fit our full size SUV. The only things I'd really call out here: 1) the place is pretty dated all the way around 2) the hot tub could definitely use some maintenance (esp the jets) 3) the listing said there was a grill but we couldn't find one anywhere (this wasn't a big deal, but might have been nice one night). At least when we booked it, it wasn't priced to be a 5 star hotel, so we weren't too fussed with some of this stuff and we still were happy. Would definitely stay here again for sure.

Great location in a private suburban equestrian community. 30 min or less to Alta/Snowbird and 30 min into the city with minimal traffic.

This is one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at - the hosts thought of every detail and the apartment had everything we needed and more. The Airbnb is in a great quiet neighborhood but also super convenient. We were here for a few days of spring skiing and the house was only a 20min drive to Alta and Snowbird.

Fantastic, great people and beautiful home. Thank you again for letting me stay with you for 4 months. It was a great experience and would 100% book again!
