This 800+ square foot condo is one of the largest 1 bedrooms on the property. It's the ideal mountain getaway, with access to the Solitude Club which includes: hot tub, heated swimming pool, workout, game and movie rooms. Within walking distance to four eating/drinking establishments and the best snow on earth! For summer stays, we have added two A/C units.

For your convenience, high-speed Wi-Fi and a fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom are included.

You'll be close to everything while staying at this roomy bottom floor unit. -You are 30 minutes to the ski resorts, 6 minutes to the base of the canyons and 28 min to the airport. -Safe & quiet residential neighborhood. -Large indoor utility room to store your Mtn bikes and Ski/Board equipment. -Private access to the bottom floor unit. -There's a 4 person hot-tub that's exclusively for your use. Your outdoor living area is separate from the owners space.

Near Homestead Golf Resort, Soldier Hollow Cross Country Ski & Golf Resort, Provo River, between Deer Creek & Jordanelle reservoirs. Deer Valley Ski Resort & Sundance Resort nearby. Wasatch State Parks & Trails. The Studio is equipped with a queen bed, fireplace, kitchenette, bathroom. Shared patio BBQ area & parking.
