Todo el suelo es de porcelánico de primera calidad y gran formato, con sistema radiante frío/calor que permite la regulación de temperatura por parte del cliente. Culmina en una gran balconada con barandilla de madera típica de los balcones de esta plaza de la ciudad, y suelo de baldosas rústicas de barro recuperadas de la antigua casa. Este balcón le otorga gran cantidad de luz natural a todo el apartamento además de unas fantásticas vistas a las montañas de alrededor. Amplio balcón con vistas a la montaña.
