Welcome in HAUS SWANHILD! Opened in March 2023, the scandinavian style low-energy house is situated next to its "sister house", HAUS THEDA, in a garden district nearby the lake of Fockbek. Its barrier-free and light-flooded interieur is defined by a nice, open gallery space and a kombined kitchen dining and living room. Two sleeping rooms next to each other offer tranquility and rest for four and the gallery offers a cozy french size bed. The veranda invites for sun bathing or coffee time.

Cozy apartment to feel good

The apartment is particularly impressive due to its good location. Kropp is an ideal starting point for excursions to the North and Baltic Seas (about 30 minutes by car). Furthermore, popular cities such as Husum, Schleswig, Rendsburg Flensburg and Kiel can be reached quickly due to the good highway connection. The place itself has various recreational facilities such as an outdoor swimming pool and restaurants. My place is good for solo travelers, couples and business travelers.

It is located on the 1st floor with a large balcony in a southwest location and offers an optimal starting point for many interesting excursion destinations and bike tours in Schl.-Holst. The canoe station and marina are only 8, baker and butcher are a 4-minute walk away. Edeka, ALDI, LIDL 6 km. Free bicycle storage is available. Distance to the North Sea, Büsum, Husum about 40 km, Baltic Sea 50 km.

Apartment in a quiet village location between the North Sea and the Baltic Sea and not far from the Schlei. It was only completed in 2023. It can accommodate up to two people plus an older child. The apartment is fully furnished including dishes and bed linens and the kitchen also offers everything you need for a nice vacation. The car can be parked on the fenced property. Where charging is also possible for a fee. The garden with seating area offers plenty of space to linger.

Am Selker Noor

Our old farmhouse is located in the heart of Schleswig-Holstein, near the Viking settlement Haithabu. From the courtyard, you can reach the kitchen directly through the large hall. The 80 m² apartment is well equipped for four people and offers a very nice view of the Selker Noor - and that is something special in every season. The nearby swimming spot on the Noor not only invites you to swim, but also to watch the sunset or to hike around the Noore...

The large, cozy apartment is on the upper floor of our house, a 120-year-old thatched, former agricultural building. Here, peace and quiet are guaranteed, as the house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac.

The Selker Noor with its own swimming area is only 3.4 km away, and the Viking village of Haitabu, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is also very close, as are Gottorf Castle, Schleswig Cathedral and the harbor. It is also only 20 km to Eckernförde Bay!

The apartment is on the 1st floor with separate entrance and has 1 living room (with a sofa bed 2 people), 2 bedrooms, a travel bed for infants, kitchen, shower room and parking space.
