Cozy and quiet Apartment in the heart of Vienna

Our Apartment is situated in the center of Vienna with walking distance to the main attractions (Rathaus, Ringstraße, Parlament..) In a 3 minutes walk you can reach the next Metro station and Tram. It is very quiet since the windows are facing a green courtyard. The apartment is perfect for 2 people clean, bright and well equipped to make you feel at home. It has a completely new kitchen with a dishwasher, electric stove with oven & a De'Longhi machine. There is free Wifi in the whole flat.

Round the flat you will find supermarkets, traditional viennese coffee shops, restaurants, pharmacys, the Economic development institute WIFI and the AKH hospital is also close by.

Splendid apartment in historical building, 1909, last floor with two roof-decks, panoramic views and perfect natural light atmospheres, spacious rooms with high ceiling, cable TV, WI-FI, open living room with kitchen as well as chilling room for guests in Vienna. Sie hat insgesamt 80m2 und ein großes Wohnzimmer und ein gemütliches großes Schlafzimmer, eine Küche und ein Badezimmer und liegt in sehr zentraler und trotzdem ruhiger Lage. Bei Bedarf gibt es auch ein Kinderbett oder ein gemütliches Doppelsofabett PS Das Apartment ist mit allen Utensilien ausgestattet die man üblicherweise zu Hause hat und braucht. Bitte verwenden, aber bitte nicht mitnehmen!
