Welcome to our newly renovated and family-friendly summer cottage on our farm in Offerdal. Here, you'll enjoy a peaceful stay close to nature, with mountains, forests and lakes nearby – perfect for both relaxation and excursions. On the property, there are cows, a horse and a cat, which are generally appreciated by both children and adults. In summer, there are cosy cafés within walking or cycling distance, as well as lovely swimming spots, fishing waters and forests rich in berries and mushrooms. Duvets and pillows are available. Guests can bring their own bedding or rent it for AUD 60 per set.

Ski in, ski out for cross-country skis - where the cabin's sauna awaits after the end of the ride. A stone's throw from the cabin is a nice disc golf course, exercise track and excursion destination. 35 km to Åre, 32 km to Trillevallen, 50 km to Bydalen. Grocery store (Ica), gas station (OKQ8), café are located in the village of Mörsil.

Relax, dive into the lake or why not put on cross-country skis outside the door in the winter? When Storsjön roars, you can light the fire & look out through the panoramic windows & enjoy Oviksfjällen on the horizon. The newly built small guest house is located on Birka Strand in Ås, about 10 km outside Östersund. The view is beyond the ordinary with a view of the big lake and Oviksfjällen. Smart and efficiently planned space. In the house, there is a wood stove and wood. Sleeping loft 180 cm bed, large bathroom with underfloor heating and shower. On 85m2 you'll find panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the lake, a soap stone fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Enjoy fishing, paddling, swimming, hiking and x-country skiing right in front of your doorstep! Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.

Only 5 km away, you will find Almåsa and Änge cross-country trails. Several different hiking trails with wonderful views and bird towers are nearby.

Det händer något med oss när vi tar oss tid att bara vara. Att leva det lite primitiva livet för en stund utan för den delen behöva tumma på alla bekvämligheter. Att släppa på vardagens bestyr, lägga ifrån sig mobilen och låta sig förunnas av det som finns runt om. Tända en eld, paddla kanot, titta ut över vattenbrynet från sängkanten då även bävern kan simma förbi ibland, koka kaffe och laga mat över öppen eld. Sängen är färdigbäddad när du/ni kommer. Hjärtligt välkommen!
