Welcome to our newly renovated and family-friendly summer cottage on our farm in Offerdal. Here, you'll enjoy a peaceful stay close to nature, with mountains, forests and lakes nearby – perfect for both relaxation and excursions. On the property, there are cows, a horse and a cat, which are generally appreciated by both children and adults. In summer, there are cosy cafés within walking or cycling distance, as well as lovely swimming spots, fishing waters and forests rich in berries and mushrooms. Duvets and pillows are available. Guests can bring their own bedding or rent it for AUD 60 per set.

Grocery store (Ica), gas station (OKQ8), café are located in the village of Mörsil.

In this fantastic little mountain village Ottsjö, our newly built house is in a high position overlooking the mountain world in Åre. The house is 76 sqm with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house, you will feel like you are outdoors even when you are sitting inside by the stove with a cup of tea. Just behind the house, there are several prepared cross-country trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails and proximity to fine fishing. A perfect house for friends and families with children who also want to bring their dog.

Relax, dive into the lake or why not put on cross-country skis outside the door in the winter? When Storsjön roars, you can light the fire & look out through the panoramic windows & enjoy Oviksfjällen on the horizon. Fully-equipped apartment with several activities for young people. About 20 minutes to Östersund city center! Engine heater outlet is available but charging post for electric car is missing.

Ca 1 timme med bil till magisk fjällvärld sommar som vinter, ca 25 min med bil till centrala Östersund med ett stort utbud av restauranger och andra nöjen. Stor bastu finns på gården i en separat byggnad, lånas mot en avgift. Djur tillåtet, dock inte katt pga allergi.
