The apartment is located on a fourth floor, in the middle area of the ski resort, in front of the first stop of the Telesilla Parador I ski lift and walking distance to the Maribel track. DO not RENT TO UNDER 30 YEARS OLD, except prior communication and acceptance with the owner. This cozy 45-square-meter unit has a south orientation and overlooking the ski slopes, which makes the apartment very bright. The unit is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay (wifi, washing machine, central and scheduled heating, etc.) The entrance is self-contained, via access keys. Bed linen, towels (2 per person), duvets and essentials are INCLUDED in the price. DESCRIPTION: -ENTRADA: A closet for jackets, ski area, 70 LITRE electric thermos, cleaning products, iron and an ironing board is located. -Guest ROOM: IT has a 90 cm shower tray, medicine cabinet, body wash, shampoo, hair dryer, washing machine, folding curtains, and ski boot cabinet. - LIVING ROOM: it has a 3-meter window overlooking the ski slopes and south orientation so it is very sunny. It has a three-seater sofa, an armchair, a dining table with four chairs, a small table, Smart TV, games and books. - KITCHEN: it is integrated into the living room and has: tableware, kitchenware, induction hob, toaster, kettle, microwave, blender, filter coffee maker and basic items (coffee, sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper, infusions, etc.). - BEDROOMS: the master has a 135 cm bed and the other bedroom with two 80 cm beds (folding bunk). Between both there is a hallway with a DRESSING ROOM for clothes, suitcases, a code safe that You can program and pillows of different hardness. - HEATING: it is centralized and programmed. Before you arrive, you will connect for greater comfort. There is a radiator in each bedroom (600w + 600w), in the toilet (350w) and in the living room (1500w), which gives the apartment a great warmth. -The apartment is rented in full, for the exclusive use of guests. - Telesilla Parador I stop is located in front of the building. At this same stop you can buy the pass or pick up the one you booked online. The Maribel track is located approximately 70 meters away. -In the same building on the third floor I have another apartment advertised on this website. -The ideal occupancy is 3 guests but we admit a maximum of four at the same price (in that case they notify it to prepare it for four guests). -Estamos de Alta as VUT (Vivienda de Uso Turístico) in the Junta de Andalucía. That is why we are required to request a guest registration that is sent to the police website. - No PETS permitted. - No PARTIES or annoying noises are allowed for neighbors. - Failure to comply with these paragraphs will be grounds for cancellation of the contract. - Please DO not SMOKE in the apartment or with the windows open, nor on the staircase of the building. The Tropicana 2 apartment is part of a charming and smaller community with beautiful views and lush gardens. Inside there is a hall, 2 nice bedrooms (the beds are 180 and 150 cm) and 1 bathroom. It is an open plan with a modern and well-equipped kitchen, dining furniture, lounge sofa, TV, high-speed internet 300 mb. A lot of light comes in from the large terrace doors and on the generous terrace there is a dining area under awnings, lounge, gas grill and a beautiful view of the bay. In the area there is a very charming pool area where we offer free admission for up to 5 people. There are pools for large and small, green areas, sun loungers and parasols and its own bar and restaurant. Next door there is also padel, tennis, café, restaurant. La Herradura - means "Horseshoe" in Spanish and describes the shape of the beautifully framed bay. Out on the headlands are nice communities and residential areas. Casa Tropicana 2 is located on the western headland with about a 12 minute walk or 2 minute drive down to the beach. La Herradura is a slightly smaller holiday resort 50 minutes east of Malaga. Known for its beautiful beaches, beautiful and clear water, cozy surroundings, the guest port Marina del Este - and fine gastronomy along the paseon and in the centre. There are many excursion destinations within 1 hour, from Malaga to Granada and the neighboring towns of Nerja, Frigiliana and Almuñécar to beautiful nature, mountain villages in the Alpujarras and skiing in Sierra Nevada.
