Spectacular views of the Alhambra. Terrace. This apartment has lovely views south of the Alhambra & Sierra Nevada mountains. It has a private roof top terrace with furniture for dining or just relaxing in the sun and admiring the views. There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large double bed and Arabic bath to soak in after a hard day sight seeing or skiing. The second bedroom has twin beds. A cot with comfortable mattress is available on request. The terrace is accessed via a spiral staircase from the living room. The living room also has views south of Alhambra and the mountains and a small balcony. The renovation has aimed to fuse 18th century charm with 21st century comfort and style, the apartment has air-conditioning, heating, free WiFi internet access, a powerful shower with limitless hot water a TV & DVD player. A high chair or hair dryer are available on request. Private parking space 150m from the apartment which needs to be paid for in advance to be reserved and costs 15 euros per day. Guests have sole use of the entire apartment and the terrace. If you need our parking space its needs to be reserved and costs 15 euros a day / 80 euros a week.

Upon entering the house we will find a hall where we can leave our equipment and coats. The first spiral staircase takes us directly to the spacious dining room along with its fully equipped kitchen: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kitchenware, Dolce gusto coffee maker... The living room on the same floor has a 50” Smart TV and a chaise lounge sofa so you can all enjoy together the best views of the Sierra Nevada. The wooden floors and the decorative fireplace give us a wintery and cozy feeling. On this floor we also find a bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. The second spiral staircase invites us to go up to the top floor where we find a comfortable “chill out” with 2 comfortable 90-meter beds and a Smart TV to relax after a great day of skiing. The 2 rooms with capacity for 3 people each, have enough closets to store all belongings. This apartment features a safe, bookcase and board games. The 3 bathrooms have a bathtub/shower, hairdryers and towels at your disposal.

Newly renovated apartment, is inside a Carmen, with a bedroom with a double bed (1.35 m), living room with integrated kitchen and modern bathroom. In the living room there is a new sofa bed (1.35 m), ideal for guests or children. We also have a free crib if you are traveling with a baby. Perfect for couples, friends or families who want to enjoy a comfortable stay in Granada. All outdoor areas are shared with another apartment. We also offer extra daily cleaning service and grocery shopping before check-in (upon request). The entrance is self-contained via a code that is generated when checking in online on the day of check-in.

Breakfast services are provided, cleaning and ironing of clothes, periodic change of sheets and towels, use of Jacuzzi, upon payment of its amount for the provision of those services. Desk and WiFi are available to work in the room. The bedroom consists of 2 single beds of 90 cm each. They are very sunny and have no terrace. The apartment can be used. If the services of breakfast, cleaning of clothes, use of the jacuzzi, take with them the payment of an additional fee for the provision of those services.

CASA DEL BESO The house is very authentic, with a terrace and views of the Alhambra, it was designed and rehabilitated by our father, Manuel, an architect who emigrated with our grandparents and who years later returned to his land, to our beloved Granada. It is located on a pedestrian street in the Lower Albayzin, 300 m. from Plaza Nueva, a largely pedestrian UNESCO heritage district. Thanks to the location you will not need the car and you can walk to the most emblematic places of Granada.
