The apartment is located on a fourth floor, in the middle area of the ski resort, in front of the first stop of the Telesilla Parador I ski lift and walking distance to the Maribel track. This cozy 45-square-meter unit has a south orientation and overlooking the ski slopes, which makes the apartment very bright. The unit is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay (wifi, washing machine, central and scheduled heating, etc.) The entrance is self-contained, via access keys. Bed linen, towels (2 per person), duvets and essentials are INCLUDED in the price. At this same stop you can buy the pass or pick up the one you booked online. The Maribel track is located approximately 70 meters away. -In the same building on the third floor I have another apartment advertised on this website. -The ideal occupancy is 3 guests but we admit a maximum of four at the same price (in that case they notify it to prepare it for four guests). -Estamos de Alta as VUT (Vivienda de Uso Turístico) in the Junta de Andalucía. That is why we are required to request a guest registration that is sent to the police website. - No PETS permitted. - No PARTIES or annoying noises are allowed for neighbors. - Failure to comply with these paragraphs will be grounds for cancellation of the contract. - Please DO not SMOKE in the apartment or with the windows open, nor on the staircase of the building. If they smoke, the smell of tobacco remains in the house and we will need a special cleaning and airing the floor for hours, so we will lose heat in the house.
