The Old Dairy, a rural Norfolk hideaway

For over a hundred years, this characterful old dairy was where the cows were milked at Hawthorn Farm. Sympathetically and luxuriously converted into a two-bedroom cottage in 2017, it is self-contained and completely detached. Inside, original walls, beams and vaulted ceilings give it a spacious, airy feel. It has its own fully-equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with a large shower, WC and basin. The spacious 18 x 14 foot carpeted living space has two huge comfy sofas and a table and chairs.

This large vaulted space has an open-plan sitting and dining area, complete with separate fully fitted kitchen, bathroom and two luxurious double bedrooms.

The Little Barn, a 16th Century hideaway artistically restored, by a Suffolk artist. With no through traffic and no light pollution, silent evenings and clear night skies. Topcroft is a sleepy village beside the Waveney valley and 25 minutes from the medieval city of Norwich. You'll love this rural location. The Cart Lodge is the perfect place to spend a few days and unwind whilst exploring the the local area.
