There are lot’s of windows to view the picturesque valley. With vintage decor and a gas fireplace which makes for romantic setting. From the moment we stepped inside, we felt like we were staying somewhere truly special. The cabin was spotless, fresh, and thoughtfully designed — more like a boutique retreat than a typical rental. Everything felt brand new, from furniture to linens and kitchen supplies. The host clearly cares about quality. The dedicated office with fast Wi-Fi was great for quick work check-ins, though we mostly unplugged and relaxed. We loved the game room — the pool table, poker setup, and karaoke made for fun evenings. The porch and deck were perfect for morning coffee and quiet conversations, and the wooded surroundings made it feel like a true escape. Our host was responsive and made the whole process seamless. Whether you're looking for a peaceful getaway or a home base near Deep Creek adventures, this place delivers comfort and a feeling of calm. We highly recommend this place and we'll definitely be back for the fall foliage season!

I have to say that Brian’s place was the most secluded cabin that we have ever stayed at and that the surroundings were beautiful. Very much enjoyed sitting out front on the porch and at the fire pit watching the deer and turkey walking right by without a care in the world. The cabin was clean and everything was in place. As mentioned in the description the road getting in and out is rough but you do get to enjoy the wildlife on the journey. If we head to Deep Creek again we will be looking to rebook.

Great and peaceful location with wonderful 2nd floor porch. We had beautiful hikes at Swallow Falls State Park, and the Rock Maze in Garrett State Forest--both a short drive into MD. If we had stayed longer, we would have tried the put-put golf and kayak rental. My only suggestion is that if you plan to cook much bring bigger knives and a big cutting board. For our visit we only found two paring knives and one tiny cutting board. It wasn't a big deal, just made cooking a big more of challenge. All else in kitchen was worked fine. Tony, the host, was very responsive and helpful.

Franks place was very nice and spacious with very inviting front and back porch. We were able to store our bikes and they didn’t get rained on. Strong pressure with shower, we didn’t take a bath. Kitchen appliances all worked well. 3 bedroom and nice room for a child. All bedrooms are upstairs with another step up and down for bedrooms in between so something to think of if you have mobility issues. 3 mile gravel road, with 1/4 driveway so a good 4 wheel drive is very helpful. Private and very country and hear the birds sing.

We had a great long weekend here. Great place for families and the cabin was great for our 2 little kids. They loved the bunk beds and all the outdoor activities. Kayla and Carmen are very helpful and responsive to any and all of my messages to them. Would definitely come back again!
