The host was incredibly helpful and responsive whenever we had questions. We appreciated the complete privacy, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The house was beautiful, comfortable and clean. Being able to launch the boat right at the dock was a huge convenience, especially since it was just a mile from a variety of activities. Plus, the location was perfect—only a few miles from the casino in Heavenly Village. The neighbors were friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall positive atmosphere. The view from the patio was absolutely fantastic and made our stay even more memorable.

Super fun place to stay, loved the pool and hot-tub! Had everything we needed readily available!

This was our second time staying at Ryan’s place and it was perfect for our family. The home and surroundings are more beautiful than the photos can show. The kitchen is great and has everything you could need. It is the perfect place to enjoy the peace of the area with close proximity to the lake and river. Trails are everywhere nearby! Can’t wait to book again.

Great location and beautiful place to spend a weekend. Very accessible to all the amenities. The kitchen was well stocked and the place was super clean. We had a great time at Jed's place. He was super responsive and very proactive with all his communication. What made us choose the place over others was the cancelation policy because we had a very iffy schedule and the cancelation policy of 24hours within the check in day worked out great for us. Will recommend this place to anyone looking to spend a relaxed weekend close to everything in South Lake Tahoe.

We had a girls retreat weekend in Tahoe! We felt extremely safe in this beautiful home!! It had everything and it was so peaceful! We definitely would love to book a second trip here!!!

The place was very clean. Has a wonderful dining table seats 13. I have no complaints. Very good accommodations.

the place was beautiful, enjoyed our stay. there is a lot of beds every couch had a pull out bed. Even the bunk bed had a pull out bed. so all together there's like 8 beds. the only thing was the Jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom took forever to fill up. was a little disappointed but other than that great stay highly recommend it. I'll be going back again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Chris’ house. The house fit our needs perfectly. The kitchen has everything you need. The location is great. Bathrooms are very nice, and the heated floors were a nice touch! My grandma has mobility issues so the front pathway into the house was hard with her walker, so Chris left the garage opener so we could use that. Thank you so much for that.

Views, views,views. William’s home was everything we expected and some. Great quiet and tranquil location. Definitely what we were looking for during Thanksgiving. This was the perfect amount of space for the amount of guests we had and not to mention the amount of bathrooms available. We were fortunate that the snow fall had stopped during our stay and all we had was fresh powder to enjoy with the kids. Williams place also has a lot of activities for the kids to keep them entertained. The living area along with the kitchen was extremely spacious making us all feel comfortable and at home. William was always available for questions and helped us with getting in. I highly recommend his location. Next time we’re in Kirkwood, we’ll definitely be staying here again.

Nele and Brad’s place was perfect for us-not in the center of everything “Lake Tahoe” but a bit removed and still offering grocery, restaurants, coffee shops, and easy access to activities while also offering desired quiet and privacy. We were there in the spring but it would also be a great spot in the winter to ski the various resorts. The house itself was clean and comfortable, the beds were great, the kitchen and dining area well appointed and perfect, and having three bathrooms was a bonus. This beautiful home is in a private residential neighborhood so you need to be respectful of the neighbors and the community in which it sets. It is perfect for a family with younger kids or older couples visiting the area. It is definitely not an active “party” spot and does not offer any “nightlife activities” for those seeking that type of getaway. However it checked all of the boxes for us and easily deserves the 5/5 star review. Appreciated extras include coffee, popcorn, tissues, spices.

Super comfortable, very cozy cabin in the woods that had everything we needed. It's location was perfect: a plethora of easy hiking trails less than 100 yards from the cabin, but also just a 10 minute drive to the shopping at the Y and 15 minute drive to the Pope Beach. Jordyn was super responsive and thoughtful in her communication. It was the perfect summer getaway for us. We will definitely consider coming back!

Very cool house. The hosts were great and accommodated us nicely! Responded quickly. Pool room and deck was very fun for the boys to hang out and play pool and watch nba playoffs. Exceed expectations by all of us

Our family of 4 had a great stay! The hot tub was awesome and the location was great. Our boys (2 and 5) loved the house and it was great to have 2 separate bedrooms - one for us and one for the kids.

We had a great stay! The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, even accepting our booking on short notice, which we really appreciated. The home was beautiful - very clean, updated, and well-maintained. All the beds were very comfortable, and the space easily fit our group. We felt right at home. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, including quality pans and knives, a blender, air fryer, and a dual coffee maker, which made cooking and mornings super easy. We also appreciated that the bathrooms were well stocked for us, which was a thoughtful touch. The backyard amenities were a great bonus and made the space even more enjoyable. We’d definitely recommend staying here!

For three couples this was ideal. Sociable bright spacious living areas, outdoor deck with super view, high spec kitchen and comfortable seats and beds. Some nice touches too - laundry baskets in each bedroom and plenty of towels - we loved it!
