Summer stay in south Tahoe. Very responsive hosts. Room and bathroom as described. The room has a ceiling fan which made the room more comfortable given the warm weather. The bathroom door was a bit funky when trying to close it (it took some force). The wifi was a bit spotty in the room but worked perfectly outside in the center of the property. Overall, the room had what we wanted, it was clean, safe, cute, and cozy.

I highly recommend staying at this Airbnb! The place was clean, quiet, and the hosts were amazing—very responsive and quick to assist with anything we needed. If you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay, this is definitely the right spot. I’d absolutely stay here again!

Super cozy! The location was great. Love the mountain atmosphere. Instructions were super accurate, and easy to follow. Price was just right! Had a great winter stay, would love to see it in the summer. Would stay again!

My partner and I are eager to return in the future, but overall, our stay was delightful. The space was well-appointed with modern amenities, including a Ruko TV, WiFi, fans, cooking essentials, and a pleasant shower. The peaceful atmosphere was a welcome respite. We highly recommend exploring the surrounding area on scooters at night, taking necessary safety precautions. For capturing memorable photos, W Lake Blvd offers stunning views. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found it to be an excellent value for our five-night visit. Ms. Tracy provided exceptional service, responding promptly to our inquiries. We arrived an hour early and, upon texting her, received our access code within minutes. The cleaning crew was respectful and friendly. The property's surroundings offered a range of enjoyable activities, including mini golf, scooter rentals, dining options, and a nearby Safeway for late-night snacks. We also enjoyed watching movies at the local theater and embarking on hikes,

The view at this place is unbelievable! Check in was super easy. 20mins to Sierra at Tahoe and 35 mins to Kirkwood. Less than 10mins to groceries stores. The host was super responsive and proactive as well.

My husband and I stayed here for our 1st anniversary being married and it was perfect! We loved the spacious bathroom where we could store our luggage and have plenty of room. The place did get a little warm during the day but if you keep the fans on and open a window at night, it is perfect! The noise of the street didn’t bother us at all! It was a perfect place and we felt very safe! 10/10 would stay here again!

We stayed at this cozy studio because it was within walking distance of a concert we were attending. It was exactly what we needed—a comfortable place to rest—and it served its purpose perfectly. Tracy was super communicative and responsive, which we really appreciated.

The place was spacious and beautiful scenery. There was a few minor instances such as the second floor chimney not working, hot tub jets weren’t functionable, and the master bathroom shower tends to overflow. Aside from these minor instances, everything else was perfect!

We had a great stay! We've rented many condos in Kirkwood, but this was the most convenient. It's right by the lifts, you get a reserved garage spot, a ski locker big enough for a family, and even a fitness center. With the Murphy bed and fold-out couch, the studio was very efficient, as there was a lot of room once we put the beds away in the morning. We especially loved watching the snow fall and the snow cats work through the window. We'd rent it again anytime!

The space was perfect for a stay local to the town! Nearby is the lake, and bike rentals! Each day we would walk around and go to Safeway or Starbucks nearby. The place had everything we needed to cook and be comfortable with. Tracy was also so accommodating when a snowstorm changed our plans. We still stayed there for 3 days total and had a wonderful time in the area! A very simple and comfortable stay!

We were more than pleased with our accommodations and the host was nothing short of spectacular. Definitely recommend this studio and will stay again in the future.

Cozy spot! Fit our family of four well. Nice to have the lobby and hot tub available to spread out a bit also. Great location with easy walk or shuttle to the lifts. Comfy bed and stocked kitchen! We would stay here again for sure.

Great location, short walk to ski lifts, steps away from crosscountry and pedestrian trail. The unit has all we needed for our stay, enough space for the 4 of us and we cooked our meals there. Would love to come again.

This place was great for my two-night ski trip to Kirkwood. All instructions were clear, and the place is clean and exactly as described. The shower and bathroom heater were great after a long day of skiing. I prepped my meals in advance so the kitchenette worked fine for me. If you need to work remotely: There’s no desk in the room, but there’s a large communal area with WiFi, tables, and chairs (and a cozy fireplace) where I worked for a few hours. It was extremely quiet when I was there. Jessica was extremely responsive and flexible. I’d stay here again. Thanks Jessica!
