All cottage have a private terrace in addition to the yard and around the grow greenhouse many seats in or out of the sun. In the greenhouse is a wood stove. Through the greenhouse you come to a deck above the water with a view of the polder. An ideal place between the major cities and the North Sea all a 30-minute drive away.

In the middle of the Groene Hart, on the outskirts of Alphen aan den Rijn, is our farm with the vacation homes. With us, you have the feeling of really being in the countryside, while the conveniences of shops, restaurants and entertainment are only a few kilometers away. In the nature reserve next to us, you can enjoy hiking and there are several cycling routes. Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Delft, Leiden and other cities can be reached in about half an hour. There is a lovely enclosed place to sit outside and immerse yourself in nature. Our cozy chickens scurry around, and you are awakened by the birds.
