This centrally located accommodation, in a quiet neighbourhood, walking distance (5-10min) to trainstation and village centre with all its conveniences, is a great location to relax/work. Well equipped: kitchen, oven, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, etc. Travelling by car/train: it is an excellent base to visit Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague, Delft, Gouda, Leiden, Utrecht, Schiphol airport (car 20-30min/train 20-55min). In the beautiful polders of the Groene Hart, you will find our magical place. Our place is an oasis for peace seekers and a place to slow down. Here, in an intimate spot, is a tiny house. The tiny house is built sustainably, using 2nd hand materials as much as possible. The cottage is 11 m2 and equipped with every comfort. There is a lovely enclosed place to sit outside and immerse yourself in nature. Our cozy chickens scurry around, and you are awakened by the birds.

Go for a walk or a bike ride in the Groene Hart and discover the many Dutch windmills and cheese farms in the polder. For a real wellness experience, you can use our hot tub for a fee (€85 - 3 nights).

The beautifully landscaped garden offers a lot of privacy. Think of the Reeuwijkse lakes, the Meije and the Nieuwkoopse lakes area.

Our luxurious holiday home for up to 5 people is centrally located in the green heart of the Randstad. In the middle of nature, yet close to everything. Enjoy the fantastic view of the typical Dutch polder landscape with animals, from the bath in the master bedroom or from the garden with its own veranda with lounge set. The center of Bodegraven with several nice restaurants and the station can be reached on foot in about 20-25 minutes.

Cozy complete Studio with free parking

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. An ideal base for excursions to Amsterdam, The Hague/Scheveningen, Rotterdam or Utrecht, all about 30 minutes by car. In our cozy studio with private entrance, you can relax from the view through the large window on the garden with Asian Zen elements or watch your favorite TV program or Netflix series on the sofa. There is a kitchen, bathroom and a lovely bed. Non-smoking

Windmill House

Rural and attractively furnished holiday home, located next to the Vrouwgeestmolen on the outskirts of Alphen aan den Rijn, very central in the Green Heart. With stunning views of the polder and the mill. Can accommodate 4 people, possibly up to 5. The Windmill House is also available in combination with the adjacent Windmill Cottage for 9 people. We have a number of bicycles available for hire at the windmill.
