The House is set in a large fenced area in the midst of nature. We offer trails for short hikes, which lead to a lake and a place with preserved forest and the song of many species. At the end of a sunny afternoon, it is possible to climb to the highest point and receive a magnificent SUNSET from nature. We are in a rural area, but 7 km from the Italian neighborhood of Santa Felicidade, where there are wineries, restaurants and various shops. We have a swimming pool, soccer field and parking.

The house is for 14 people, but the guest can receive up to 65 visitors from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. to enjoy the entire space, ballroom and pool, with a value per visitor of R$35.00 per day.
