The House is set in a large fenced area in the midst of nature. We offer trails for short hikes, which lead to a lake and a place with preserved forest and the song of many species. At the end of a sunny afternoon, it is possible to climb to the highest point and receive a magnificent SUNSET from nature. We are in a rural area, but 7 km from the Italian neighborhood of Santa Felicidade, where there are wineries, restaurants and various shops. We have a swimming pool, soccer field and parking.

Beautiful country house with a large ballroom at Chácara Tia Juce in Almirante Tamandaré, with lots of green areas and araucaria trees, with an excellent location and easy access, close to several shops, located 2 km from the Cachoeira terminal and 15 km from downtown Curitiba. The house is for 14 people, but the guest can receive up to 65 visitors from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. to enjoy the entire space, ballroom and pool, with a value per visitor of R$35.00 per day.

Relax in this unique and quiet place. Work from this stylish home, which is both avant-garde and traditional. I built it for myself, and now I'm sharing it with you. Hot tub, ofuro, wood-burning stove, shower and all gas taps, plants, books and an avocado tree. Other trees, next to Tanguá Park, the Paulo Leminski Quarry and the Wire Opera House.
