Holiday rentals with a patio in Almería

Everything was great, were received by Larisa. She gave us a small briefing. The amenities were great and the view was just great. Ocean view 😁😁

The apartment is on foot from San Jose beach. There are restaurants almost at the foot of the apartment and a coffee shop just down where we had a great breakfast. It is located in the center of the tourist area of San José and has a wonderful terrace where you can go out in the morning and give you a sun and great views. In the beach of San José it takes 5 minutes short because it is right next to the place. The apartment is very clean, with all the amenities. The coordination to get there was very good. Maria waited for us to give us the keys and the garage remote that was the most because we had no problem with parking. It is a very recommended apartment for those who are looking for comfort, tranquility, rest, beach and a little good food, ice cream shops, shops, etc. 100% recommended.

This apartment was fantastic and it felt like a home away from home. The location cannot be beat and everything is clean and today and everything as advertised.

Mojacar is stunning!! Lovely flat and true to description and photos. Was actually a lot larger than it looked. Everything you would need in the kitchen and bathroom. Pool area was spotless and having the beach directly over the road gave you options. Supermarket only a 5 minute walk and lots of gorgeous restaurants in easy walking distance - 5-10 minutes and lots more a little bit further along the beach. Veranda space was ideal for a glass of wine after a hard day of sunbathing! Rachel was very helpful and can’t thank her enough for letting us stay - we will definitely be back if she’ll have us. 5 star property 👍🏻

Great place and quiet neighborhood. Apartment in a closed, intimate estate with a great swimming pool for adults and children. The apartment had everything you need for a successful stay. Great location as a starting point whether it is to visit Almeria, Murcia, Cartagena or the Tabernas desert. Gabriel and Ana will take care of everything during your stay. You will receive valuable tips on what to see in the area and where you can eat well or watch the sunset. They put a lot of enthusiasm into what they do and you can see that it's not just their job but something much more. It was important for us that the apartment provided amenities for our baby and everything we needed was provided on site. The pool is literally a few meters from the terrace. Very close to the beach and the sea, which is another advantage. Excellent value. I would definitely recommend this apartment. Staying with Gabriel and Ana deserves the highest possible rating. ❤️🏖️🏊🌞😍

Miguel's apartment in Vera is as described and seen in the photos. Very comfortable beds, like being at home. The location is perfect and the development with swimming pools and facilities is ideal for families. Miguel and Eva are charming, we recommend them 100%

The house is very nice and with all the amenities. The rooms are spacious and the patio is a delight to enjoy. Would definitely stay again

Really enjoyed our stay. Fabulous comfy super king bed with lovely cotton linen. Had all the extras to take it from a holiday rental to a special home from home.

This was an absolutely brilliant find for us on a longer holiday in Spain, and over a number of locations this was definitely our favourite stay! The apartment was comfortable and clean, and the outdoor space was amazing. Such a wonderful place to relax, have a swim, BBQ and have a beer or two! Martyn and Marie were wonderful hosts, quick to respond and very happy to give us privacy for the rest of our stay. We really enjoyed this and would 100% recommend.

Really enjoyed our stay and Laura was wonderful host. The villa was decorated well with nice homely touches. The outside was spacious and we made good use of the excellent pool. The villa was in a residential area but within walking distance to beach, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. A bus stop was near by for us to go further afield. We stayed for the whole month and had a brilliant time. Would recommend the Villa to anybody wanting to come to this area.

Nice little house to stay for two when arriving at Almeria airport before shining in the area. Provide food as there is nothing at check-in .

We had a pleasant stay. Silvana welcomed us very warmly and accompanied us. The place is very pretty, quiet and good location. We strongly recommend!

Mae is very nice and let us in earlier than agreed. The facilities are great and very clean. The only problem is that we could not enter the pool on Monday or the day we entered, otherwise everything is very good!

The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

Lovely stay here for 5 days. The place was spotless and a comfy bed, private garden with loungers and outside seating and right next to the communal pool. Loads to do nearby especially if you rent a car. Would definitely stay again.

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful place. Upon arrival we were met by the lovely owner who showed us around and was available to answer any questions. The house was extremely clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. The view was absolutely amazing! This place is a hidden gem and we will definitely be going back to stay there. The place is as in the photo, clean, and Gaiva is super helpful. It is located in the gypsy neighbourhood which for us flamenco fans was a plus. It was quiet at night, there is airconditioning. The only point of improvement would be adding some safety to the stairs.

We spend two nights in Patricia's cottage . She welcomed us very warmly , had already provided a mobile gas stove, for which we were very grateful. There were fruits, tomatoes and drinks ready and she gave us lots of great tips for excursions in the area . The interior of the house is very cozy , everything is available to take care of yourself. Outside it is beautifully designed and invites you to sit. Since we only had one full day available, we started early. The area in this natural park is spectacular, we loved the small places on the beautiful beaches . Unfortunately, many restaurants were closed , the season at Cabo de Gata ended Mid October . We would like to thank Patricia again for her hospitality .

Graham was the perfect host providing us with lots of information beforehand on beaches, restaurants, places to visit & golf courses. He met us on arrival & showed us where everything was & had even provided a cold bottle of fizz & a delicious Spanish cake. His apartment is beautiful with really comfortable beds & excellent showers. The best bit was the terrace with amazing sea views. He has thought of everything & there is a real sense of thought & care for his visitors e.g. he makes it very clear that you are welcome to use all the herbs, spices, oils etc. He even provides beach towels which is great. Our favourite beach was Playa Amarillo which was a 5 minute drive away although the beach in front of the apartment was good for swimming if it was a bit choppy in other places. We visited Lorca & Mojacar for days out & Aguilon Golf which were all easy to get to. We would definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you Graham for a lovely stay.

Beautiful, stylish apartment situated in a peaceful cul-de-sac, a short walk from the beach and beachfront bars a restaurants. Fabulous modern facilities including a large, comfortable bed, large bathroom with shower, fully-equipped kitchen, an outdoor dining area and a rooftop terrace. Helpfully, we had access to two sun loungers and parasol for use at the nearby shared pool or beach, There is parking on site and on the street. Romaine is the perfect host; welcoming and friendly, flexible, knowledgeable - she really couldn’t have done anymore for us. Highly recommended!
