Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. In the beautiful Twente landscape in the middle of the Springendal nature reserve, a stone's throw from the German border and near the picturesque town of Ootmarsum, lies the Hoeve Springendal estate. You have one of the ten apartments that is fully, attractively and comfortably furnished. One of the apartments is furnished for four people. A spacious apartment with its own entrance in the centre of Enter, spread over the ground floor and first floor. You have access to a cooking unit, a sitting/sleeping area, a sauna, a fireplace and your own seating area in the garden, surrounded by a number of fruit trees. Despite our apartment being right in the centre, you will experience an oasis of calm. By arrangement, it is possible to have meals cooked for you or breakfast provided (12.50 per person).
