Everything is great, the apartment is located in a very quiet area and with the beaches of La Concha and Gos a few minutes walk away. Highly recommended

Loved everything about this home.. notice I used the word home. Lovely homey touches throughout. The tile work is simply beautiful, the view is breathtaking, the garden is so serene. Very fun yet relaxed area with very friendly/nice neighbors. Would go back in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful stay at Jaime’s apartment in Valencia! The place was very clean and spacious, perfect for our family. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the pool as we arrived a bit early in the season and it wasn’t open yet. However, the area where the apartment is located was ideal for children – quiet, safe, and very close to the beach! We honestly couldn’t find a single downside. Everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Jaime! We hope to stay at your place again next time we're in Valencia!

The duplex was simply beautiful, even better than in the photos! Despite our flight being delayed by almost two hours, Raul welcomed us with great kindness, and very late at night, a big thank you to him for his availability and kindness. The view from the apartment was incredible, probably the most beautiful thing about our stay. We had an unforgettable time. Thank you again!

Rafa and Maria are very nice and flexible, the apartment is perfect, large, clean, with everything you need inside. It is very well located right next to the sea, and the pool on the same floor, which is very practical. 100% recommended.

Very nice place to spend time as a family and enjoy the sea. It is not as touristy as in other nearby areas but it allows you to be without so much burden and it is a good base to visit the area. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time at Vicente’s property. We travelled with our 2 young children and there were 2 pools that we pretty much had to ourselves for the week and it was a very short and easy walk to the beach. There were a few issues on arrival that Vicente resolved relatively quickly and he was very responsive. The complex was very quiet and clean and felt very secure.

We had a very pleasant weekend. Communication with Ruth was very smooth, resolving our doubts with great kindness. The girl who greeted us and saw us off was also very attentive and cordial. The location is fantastic, right next to the beach, and the apartment was very clean and well equipped, with all the necessary appliances (large and small). The bath towels were huge and very comfortable, and the garage under the building was a great plus. In addition, the comfort of having a terrace from which to contemplate the sea made the stay even better. As an area for improvement, we would mention the mattresses, which could be more comfortable. In general, a highly recommended stay and excellent service. Thank you for everything Ruth!

at all times he was attentive, the house is impeccable in a quiet area, we would definitely repeat, Valencia is very close and Sagunto is a beauty, especially the port, all the amenities you need are in this house 😊😊

Maria's place is in a great spot in town with access to everything you could want. The home itself is well appointed and feels very homey. Our family of 4 including 2 small children were very comfortable.

John himself is such a lovely man, more than helpful and super responsive any time of day. The apartment is spacious and equip with what's needed for a self catering stay. The complex is brilliant and perfect for families, secure and safe with paddle courts, play area and pool etc. Only downside for us was the location, we'd have preferred to be closer to shops, bars and touristy attractions. However these were only a bus ride away and John was brilliant in advising us. Although unable to read Spanish we had no idea supermarkets and shops were closed on Sundays unless you go to central Valencia where the really touristy parts are😅 Overall lovely host, reasonable apartment and complex. Perfect for a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle of a busy/loud touristy area.

We spent a weekend at Gonzalo's house. It was fantastic. Very peaceful, all the comforts and decorated with many details and good taste. And above all, that fantastic terrace and those sea views that have been the best of the house. Easy access to the village, you can walk and also to the nearby beaches. Perfect for going with friends, as a couple or as a family. Thank you for everything Gonzalo!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is in a great location, just a few steps from the beach yet pleasantly quiet. The surroundings are familiar and relaxed, perfect for relaxing. The apartment was very clean and lovingly furnished. We found the amenities particularly positive: everything was really thought of, even beach chairs, beach towels and other equipment were available. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

We had a fantastic stay in Oscar’s beautiful apartment. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay and has a very well equipped kitchen. Communication was excellent from booking right through to check out - good suggestions for restaurants too. Would have no hesitation in recommending this property.

Elena’s place is gorgeous. The tiling is beautiful, the beds were very comfortable, and the place is spotlessly clean. It is better than the photos. There is a lovely balcony on the top floor with views of Peñíscola, and bars, restaurants, and shops right out the front door. Even though the location is right in the middle of the city, it is very quiet in the apartment and peaceful. I loved this spot!

Pearl in Pucol, be quick because this is going to be very popular very soon. Rest, privacy, beautiful, super stay and host is perfect. You will need a car for excursions in the area. The accommodation is super local and quiet, keep that in mind / not all restaurants are always open but by car in about 18 minutes in Valencia city center. The house super beautiful, view super, wake up and with a few steps in the sea swimming= magnifique. A direct hit. BUT, as reported, definitely need a car.

We felt right at home. The house is impeccable in a super good area. With all the amenities and Pablo was very friendly and attentive at all times. He made our stay very comfortable.

A good apartment with an ocean view on the beachfront. The area is far from downtown Benicassim, but the beach is very good with a wide promenade and bike path. Ideal north-facing orientation to avoid heat in summer. The building is old but everything inside is in good condition. It had everything, just missing an ironing board. The double bed is 1.30. The only catch is that there is construction in front, and they didn't warn us, although being an 8th floor, the truth is we didn't notice it too much. To go to the supermarket and downtown you have to take the car, although it has a store next door with all the essentials.

A lovely home, clean, comfy bedding and lounge facilities, freshly decorated and located in a very picturesque spot with lots of restaurants and old town streets to explore. The terrace was a nice spot to enjoy the sun or a warm evening. The house is on 4 floors so I got my steps in! We didn’t use our hire car at all during our stay, this place is an ‘on foot’ experience! There is access to 2 large beaches within a few minutes walk with more bars and restaurants to try. The water was very calm and shallow for a long way out making it suitable for children. For some reason however there are very few shops for basic amenities and items like bottles of water need to be carried from the mainland shops up to the house.
