Nice, comfortable and well-equipped studio at the ground floor of a villa, beside a wide garden with trees. Internal parking just in front of the studio. Quiet and residential neighbourood in Santa Marinella close to the sea. The nearest beach is 350 metres far. Rome is 60 Km away, and is easy to reach by train. The Santa Marinella station is 700 metres far from the studio, and the fastest trains bring you very close to the Vatican in 35 minutes, and to the centre of Rome in 45 minutes.

We welcome you in our apartment in the center of Santa Marinella, equipped with an equipped kitchen, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi and a large garden where you can relax. The house is 5 minutes from the main beach, all services and the train station from which you can easily reach Rome but also the castle of Santa Severa and Pisa. Civitavecchia is just 15 minutes away, with its famous Terme della Ficoncella and important for those travelling by boat due to the presence of the port.

The apartment is two floors below the square, entirely dug into the tuff. Overlooking the valley, it is isolated from the noises of the street, quiet, private, and very welcoming. The tuff walls give it an ancient vibe to transport you to another time. It can be reached on foot, via a footbridge that takes you directly to the square where the property is located. It is perfect for short stays of complete relaxation, but with the fully equipped kitchen you can make the most of it.

HomyHome is a nice studio flat on the 13th floor facing the sea. Open space composed of a double bedroom, small living room with sofa bed, bathroom, kitchen and a 120 m2 terrace with a splendid view of the sea and the city. It is located a few steps from the railway station and is about 300 meters from the port. The apartment is not accessible to people with mobility difficulties, the building has a lift up to the 12th floor, the 13th floor is accessible only by stairs.
