Marlene is a kind, communicative, genuine, and knowledgeable host. Her space was very clean and well-kept, and felt fresh and ready for us to rest there after we checked in. It had everything we needed. The space was updated and homey, as well as very quiet. The neighborhood is safe and walkable. Marlene was responsive and helpful for our entire stay. I will absolutely stay here again if I return to the area!

It is a great place for longer-term rent in Boston, especially if you are going to a Harvard-affiliated institution as it is close by. The place is very well maintained and has everything you need. Francis is a super-friendly hosts who responses quickly. It would be great if there was a small table in the kitchen to have diner together with the other room-mates.
