This is a small 2 room apartment at the cosy Sundgau village center of Allschwil (suburb of Basle). 50 meters from the 6er tramway to Basle-downtown. Downtown Basle is reachable by tramway within 15-20 minutes. free tram and bus-ticket shall be provided by host. There is a living room, a separate sleeping room, bathroom and a small kitchen. There is a minimum stay of 2 nights for this flat. As it is in a old house, quite noise-sensitive, it is not suitable to be used as a "party location" :-)

Rez-de-chaussée complet d'une maison individuelle, d'une surface de 120m2!!! (La chambre No 3 se trouve au sous-sol de la maison). La rue est très calme mais également à deux pas de la frontière suisse (Basel-Bourgfelden) et donc du Tram No 3, et également de l’aéroport de Bale-Mulhouse (pas de vols entre 23:00 et 06:00). La Villa Bellevue est totalement rénovée début 2021, avec une très belle vue sur la nature depuis la terrasse, sans vis-à-vis. La machine à café est de marque Bosch Tassimo.

Private shower and small kitchenette available. Internet/Wi-Fi is unfortunately not available. Rules: Maximum 3 guests regardless of age, no exceptions. No refunds or booking changes after check-in. This house is home to other people and therefore not suitable to be used as a "party location".

It’s simple, cozy, and clean, with everything arranged in one open space featuring a double bed, walk-in shower, and small toilet. I built this loft myself during the Corona years for visiting friends and family. It may not be perfect, but guests have loved it ever since.
