Detached apartment of approx.34 sqm in a detached house, in which also the owners live. Extremely quiet location, since there is no thoroughfare. Separate entrance from the outside. 7 min walk to the S-Bahn. 25 min to Munich Central Station. 3 min walk to the shopping center (supermarket, pharmacy, hairdresser...). 5 min walk to the city center Fürstenfeldbruck.
