Cozy construction trailer to feel good, in the garden with pear and apple trees and with two ducks. Idyllic in all seasons. The lake is accessed from the garden gate, across the street and another 150 m..., then you are at the swimming lake, walk around the lake 1.5 km. Self-sufficient in the construction trailer. A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). We (Gesa and Christoph with our two children) live in the house on the property.

Detached apartment of approx.34 sqm in a detached house, in which also the owners live. Extremely quiet location, since there is no thoroughfare. Separate entrance from the outside. 7 min walk to the S-Bahn. 25 min to Munich Central Station. 3 min walk to the shopping center (supermarket, pharmacy, hairdresser...). 5 min walk to the city center Fürstenfeldbruck. We also speak English and French. Non-smoking. No pets. Due to the current situation, surfaces and door handles are regularly disinfected.

Studio

A studio that is a kind of annex to the residential building. The architect loved chapels, so the extension became a 6-metre-high room with a wooden ceiling and parquet. Sleeping place in a gallery. With wings and garden space, perfectly furnished with style - quiet and on the edge of the forest. The SBahn is about a 30-minute walk, 2 km away. Ideal for cycling in the south of Munich, near Lake Starnberg. Unfortunately, it is not a good option for accommodating children. Adults only, so to speak.

Ammersee-Maisonette: 12 idyllic walking distance to the lake

The maisonette with 2 balconies (midday and evening sun) and separate entrance invites you to experience the Ammersee: In 12 Min. you can take an idyllic stroll across fields (mountainview) to the Stegen bathing area with jetty, restaurants and beer gardens with evening sun! The location is ideal for cycling and swimming also in the Wörth and Pilsen lakes. The centre can be reached on foot in 6 Min.. Munich can be reached in ca. 25 Min. (35 km), Neuschwanstein and Zugspitze in approx. 90 Min.

Please note that the apartment is not suitable as an apartment with infant. All children count as guests. If you are traveling with infants / infants, please inform us in advance. It is a bedroom of about 13 square meters, a cozy small kitchen, with table and chairs and a bathroom with tub, toilet and shower. The bedroom as well as the kitchen have access to the balcony and terrace, overlooking Lake Ammersee. There is also a patio to relax in the adjoining wooded area, which also belongs to the apartment. The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Separate entrance and bathroom, quiet location

We offer our sunny basement to singles or couples on short trips. Use your own bathroom, have a separate entrance and enjoy privacy as if you were in a hotel room. We provide dishes and coffee/tea-makers, so you can have breakfast. Languages: EN, FRA and ITA.
