Beach house holiday rentals in Alligator Point

We decided to take this family trip because we all had a rough year. I can't say enough great things about this place!! Just the 4 days we stayed was so healing and relaxing. We would definitely give this one 5 Stars. We had kids attached to the dock due to the fishing being so great and the bait shop being so close it was very convenient. We had to MAKE them leave and go to the beach! It was amazing!! Best family vacation we have ever had!! Also the kitchen was fully stocked as were the bathrooms and laundry rooms. Plenty of sheets and pillows as well. Definitely will be back!!

Our second year staying at Spitaki. The most accessible beach house in the most beautiful setting you will ever find. The kitchen is top notch stocked with everything you could want or need. Connie is helpful and friendly answering all of our questions promptly. St. Teresa is a slice of heaven on earth.

The pictures didn't do justice! It was more spacious and open than I expected. Caught a flounder, and striped Bass. Kitchen was fully stocked and even had seasonings. The grocery store was about 25/30 minutes away ( publix & walmart) we wished we would have stopped on the way in. We went to Angelo's waterfront restaurant 3 miles away and it was great! We visited alligator point and always few other places, but honestly 3 days wasn't long enough we needed more time! Really enjoyed our stay. Host was super sweet and super responsive. House was very clean and comfy, will definitely be back...

This place was a DREAM! You know when you're at the beach and you see some condos and you think, "I wish I was staying there..." THIS IS THAT PLACE! My kids AND my husband were pumped that it had a Monopoly theme so of course, we played. :) This place is super charming...also, everything you need is there...we didn't buy charcoal or even a lighter. Kitchen stocked great, excellent spot for the kids to hang out...and this condo is right in the middle of everything...walk everywhere! Yay! My boy played basketball every day (30 steps from the condo) grocery 3-4 minute walk, the lighthouse, the shopping, the food, I parked when we got there and never got in my car again! Note, if you have an electric car there is a spot to charge less than1/4 mile walk at the buccaneer inn. My husband drove separate, EV no problem! We had a great time! It was clean and perfect and right on the beach, the BEST!

We needed a place to accommodate our large family so that we could attend our son's graduation at FSU. The location was perfect. Close enough that it was easy to get back and forth. Far enough that we could enjoy our weekend without the crowds and traffic. The home was clean. The view was beautiful. The hosts were exceptionally responsive. We will definitely stay again the next time we're in North Florida.

We absolutely loved this house! The privacy on the beach made us feel like we had our own private beach! We loved how comfortable the living room furniture was and the beds were all decent, my kids loved sharing a room but having their own beds! My husband and son loved fishing off the beach. We all enjoyed the ring toss on the porch it made for a fun family game. The kids toys were all such a fun surprise and my littles loved playing with them. This house exceeded all our expectations and was the perfect getaway for our family vacation!

This place is a gem! The house has everything you need including pool, hot tub, large yard, a great dock for fishing and watching the dolphins or the sunset. The location is perfect; just far enough away from everything to be quiet and private but close enough for a trip to downtown Appalachicola for shopping and dining, St. George Island for the beach, or state forests for hiking. Sara was a great host, easy to communicate with and responded quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

We had the best time at Michelle’s place! Not only was Saint George Island beautiful, but her house was perfect for us and our best four legged friend 🐶 Michelle was very communicative and responsive during our entire stay, which is always reassuring when away on vacation and staying in someone else’s home. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting SGI ❤️

We enjoyed our stay at beach baby! Very roomy, nice kitchen with plenty of cookware and dishes, and the most comfy beds! House looks a little different from photos as they are in the process of updating. They’ve done a great job on the front porch and steps, as well as the back deck. The covered front porch and the partial cover back porch are perfect for cooling off from the sun or being outdoors when it rains. The only thing I missed was the screened in part for the front porch but it didn’t interfere with our stay. I’m sure that will be updated soon as well. You can tell they’ve put some love into this place. 😍

Island Memories was just that - wonderful memories for our family on St. George Island! The house was perfect for our family: mom, dad, grandma, and two boys (2 and 5). It was cozy but felt large, we never felt like we were on top of each other. Each bedroom, even the bunkroom, having a bathroom was perfect and all bedrooms felt spacious. The beds were so comfortable and we had more than enough bedding and towels. The house was clean and bright with all amentities promised and more including the pantry stocked with the basics. It also had all the cookware we needed and beach supplies galore. It was very kid friendly including some books, toys, and a high chair. And the gate on the porch was invaluable, it allowed us to truly enjoy the porch without worry. The pool and outdoor area were beautiful and the perfect size. And you cannot beat the beach accessibility, the access directly across from the house was worth every penny! We loved the home SO much and will absolutely be back.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very accommodating and easy access. Beautiful views. So quiet sitting by the pool. It was close to Apalachicola and if you have time, go! The downtown walk is great, the Station Raw Bar is a must and the drive or walk through the historical homes is one you’ll never forget!! Love, loved this whole area!! T Free

We had a few minor issues with the outside lights and pool light not working. Shellie was very responsive. The outside trash from previous guest wasn't picked up by garbage service until we had been there 3 days. We did mention it. The home is older and could use some updates but it was still a nice place to stay with lots of room for the eight of us. The location is good, pool is nice, loved the screened porches, plenty of pots, pans and dishes, plenty of seating in the living room. Overall, it was good stay and we would be happy to stay again.

Literally perfect - we brought our family of 5 here (kids aged 12, 6, and 4) and we absolutely loved it. There's two balconies overlooking the ocean and the view from both was spectacular. Everything was well stocked and well maintained. The bedrooms are huge and the beds were super comfy. The couch in the living room turns into a bed as well. The pool and beach were both fantastic and literally right outside the unit. Restaurants and a store were all within walking distance (less than 5-10 minutes). Craig is a great host and was very responsive and helpful whenever we needed him. Highly recommended and would stay here again in a heartbeat. One of our favorite stays!

We will definitely stay here again. Beautiful and spotless home in a very quiet area. The house is surrounded by beautiful nature and you can walk to the bay and take it all in. Great location as well, everything was close by. St. George Island and this home exceeded our expectations and our host was super friendly. Highly recommend!

This home was one of the best vacations we have taken as a family. Beautiful view of the bay especially in the mornings and evenings. It was breathtakingly peaceful! We had several children so the pool area was perfect for the littles especially since it is screened in. The older kids really enjoyed fishing off the kayaks and playing on the private beach! We even saw a dolphin. This home has EVERYTHING you need. Really all we needed to pack was clothes. The home was lovely and well kept. We are already planning a second trip! ♥️

Six of us stayed at this lovely, brand new home during FSU’s graduation weekend. It is an hour away from FSU, but for us, it was a nice and quiet retreat from the crowds and busy energy in Tallahassee. We had a little hiccup late at night to start out our stay, but Deanna was immediately reachable. She pulled out all the stops to rectify the situation right away and everything worked out smoothly. Five stars for communication.  The home is in a new, gated and quiet neighborhood. It is clean and nicely furnished with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. I would recommend bringing your own soaps, shampoos, etc., as they were not provided. This was not a problem for us because we typically travel with our own shower items anyway.  The kitchen was well equipped and contained all amenities we needed, including both a Keurig and regular coffee maker. Recommended for guests looking for a quiet place near the area’s secluded beaches.

This place is peaceful

We had such a great time-everything from the view to the breeze to the laidback vibe was perfect. It was exactly the kind of break we needed, the perfect getaway-relaxing! The setting was pretty much enough, and the warm hospitality made everything even more special!

We loved this place..We were there to fish so of course the dock was our most favorite feature…we had power, water, and a fish cleaning station…The proximity to the gulf was perfect..Ben and Shirley were super accommodating and always available for questions and comments..We will definitely be back..

The home had all the comforts of home. Clean and quiet. Garry and his wife were responsive, but not intrusive. Never even met them, but knew they would address any issue we might have encountered. Rates were fair, but did not like that Airbnb raised the fee and cleaning cost when we changed our reservation from three nights to four.

Our family of 5 loved this house! the location was wonderful, right on the beach with easy access just off the back porch. The sunrises from the back room and porch were amazing. We saw dolphin swimming by multiple times per day from the porch. The hot tub was really nice, kept the heat well and was a great way to warm up after the chilly ocean (we were there in late March). The game room was also fun to hang out in after dark for some family fun. Overall a great stay and our favorite place we've stayed in St. George so far. We would love to stay here again!

This is by far the best AirBnB/rental that I’ve ever stayed in! Melynda thought of everything when furnishing and stocking this home - which is what it truly felt like, a home away from home! It was even better than the listing and we’re already talking about booking it again next year!

Our entire family had a wonderful week in this beautiful home. We had everything we needed and more. We cooked in every day, and the kitchen made that enjoyable. The pictures on the listing are deceiving, since we found the house to be way more than expected. Everyone is already wanting to go back next year.

We’ve been visiting SGI for 14 years and stay all across the island. We love staying directly on the beach. The kitchen was well equipped. Master bed was comfy. Inside was Very clean. We will be back to visit this home.
