Hilpoltstein is a small town near the Rothsee in the Franconian Lake District.

Our apartment was completely renovated in 2025. It is centrally located in Allersberg. The outdoor swimming pool can be reached on foot in 5 minutes, and a bakery, butcher and a grocery store can also be found in 5 minutes. We offer a total of 5 beds divided into 3 rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, plates, pots, pans, filter coffee machine, kettle, stove, etc. In the bathroom, there is a bathtub with shower.
