A warm welcome to our stylish new apartment in Bamberg. Located right at the Michelsberg with its wonderful church and former monastery and close to the Konzerthalle it is only a 10min walk to the old town. At the same time our newly build house is in a very quiet neighbourhood and in the middle of nature. From the apartment you have direct view into our garden with its old trees. Close to the city and part of nature. Big plus in Bamberg if traveling by car: Your parking lot is on our property.

The listed town house from the early 16th century has been and will be lovingly restored. Special value was placed on ecological building materials (wood flooring, lime plaster, clay plaster in the bathroom), so the accommodation is very suitable for people who want to sleep healthy. Just a jump away is the beautiful historic city center of Schwabach with many cafes, restaurants and shops. A cinema is only about 300 m away.

Our second floor flat is perfectly located in the quiet 'Wunderburg' district of Bamberg which is about 10-15 mins walk to the old town. 5 mins away are two of Bamberg's best known breweries, Keesmann and Mähr. Both offer a wonderful collection of beers and local food . Booking is highly recommended. Here you will also find a Rewe supermarket with a baker. The main train station is approx. 15 mins walk.

Quiet studio, 10 min to the center (U1)

A former attic in a charming old building was converted into a studio with attention to detail in 2016. There's hardly anything there to buy. A small roof exit overlooks the rooftops of Nuremberg. In the cozy and unique room you simply feel at home and can enjoy the tranquility. Centrally located yet very quiet, you can reach the center of Nuremberg in 10 minutes by tube.
