Le Belvédère is a spacious renovated family cottage with beautiful private terrace in a quiet condominium close to all shops at the entrance to Allemond. It features panoramic views of the surrounding peaks. Located at the foot of the most mythical passes (Alpe d 'Huez, Col du Galibier, Col de La Croix de Fer) and 5 minutes from the Dolle Express Water gondola: Oz-en-Oisans and Alpe d' Huez ski areas accessible in 8 min! Great for vacationers!

My luxury studio, conveniently located in the center of Les 7 Laux

Nice studio for 4 people, Ideally 2 adults and 2 children, completely renovated in 2023, at the foot of the slopes and perfectly located in the Edelweiss 2 building, in the center of the 7 Laux Prapoutel resort in front of the ski school for the winter and at the start of many hikes for the summer. The studio is 25 minutes from Crolles ST for business travelers. Convenient with its ski locker and plenty of storage. Free parking nearby.

The little refuge

Enjoy easy access to a host of amenities in this family, friendly resort from this recently renovated, cosy studio. Sleeps 4: 2 in the convertible beds set up as a double or 2 singles in the main area and 2 in the "coin de montagne" in bunkbeds. It has a west facing balcony with magnificent views of the Belledonne and a ski locker. We own another 2 studios on the same corridor which my wife (superhost) has rented since 2020.
