Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Alki Beach

Such a well appointed space, loved the style. Felt super roomy. Had everything we needed. Comfy bed. Necessities in walking distance.

Can’t say enough good things about this little sanctuary. We stay for almost 2 weeks and it was perfect for the two of us. So many great bars and restaurants nearby. The kitchen was perfect with several ways to make coffee. Fully stocked with plates, bowls utensils pots and pans. Stocked with all the amenities we could have wanted and more we didn’t know we did

We stayed at the apartment for 5 days, and it was a perfect stay. The apartment was beautiful, and well equipped with everything one might need for their stay! The location was centrally located with a variety of retail and restaurant options nearby. The host was very responsive, kind, and helpful. I would recommend the apartment to anyone looking to stay in the West Seattle area!

Airbnb was in a great central walkable location. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Couple of handy good to know: exit main entrance go left, make left at corner, walk to next corner there is a good convenience store or make the left and 1/2 down the block is a bakery (Macarina) delicious for coffee or light breakfast/lunch. Room itself is basic in decor and furniture. Most importantly the bed was very comfortable and bathroom clean and worked well. The unit had everything we needed nice refrigerator, coffee maker and wash /dryer. The building itself had very nice amenities for a city apartment and security at the front desk. We never felt unsafe walking the area. We Had some of the best communication before and during the stay from the host that we have ever received.

Really enjoyed our stay. Just as described. Peaceful, quiet location. Very safe and neighborhood-y. Easy drive to anything that you want or need, including some really great restaurants. The place was very comfortable and quiet. Everything was just as we hoped! Would definitely stay again.

Great spot to put down for the weekend! Roof garden is very impressive, and the views from there are wonderful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this beautiful apartment. It was cozy, quiet, and clean with so many great restaurants nearby. Pike Market was just few minutes away with many bars and coffee shops. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Seattle next time.

Karla’s place was the most well appointed Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Every detail, every amenity and then some. Street parking was available in the same spot out front everyday. Quiet. Feels like your perched in a tree on hill over looking Fremont. I’ll be back!!!❤️

This place is ultra cool, sleek and modern. And that rooftop is the perfect place to relax and have your morning coffee. Place was as clean and exactly as advertised. Sam was super responsive and was very accommodating when it came to adjusting our checkout time. We would definitely stay there again and give it an enthusiastic recommendation 👍🏾

Ideal location! So close to restaurants, grocery stores, and things to do. The place was just as described and it was perfect for us two and our dog. Malcolm was super responsive and came to fix and issue the same day and gave us great recommendations. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved staying at Kayla's place. We're former West Seattleites and it was great being back in our old neighborhood. From Kayla's house, it was easy to walk to Cal Ave, where we enjoyed our favorite restaurants. Her home is really comfortable and we enjoyed a rainy Seattle weekend. The sauna was an extra bonus. It was even better than we expected. We highly recommend staying at Kayla's and definitely plan to rebook when we're back in the area for a visit.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. Your place is elegant, comfortable, and so well thought out. We relaxed. Watched the herons, plunged in the sea at Fay Bainbridge, and took advantage of everything Bainbridge has to offer. I hope to come back! Have a great summer.

We loved the space. Great views. Windows for days. We even measured some spaces in the house to incorporate into our home build. It’s not a large home but it feels so spacious with all the natural light. Truly feels like home. It’s not a cheap rental but the value is all there. We would love to return sometime! Zero complaints and I’d highly recommend the stay for anyone looking to visit the area.

I echo much of the same positives mentioned by past guests. Probably one of the cleanest airbnbs I’ve stayed at, if not the cleanest, and you can tell the host cares a ton about comfort when it’s never hard to find a tissue. Every space had tissue boxes, which I think is an amazing touch I’ve never seen elsewhere. Would stay again 100%. Thank you Carter for a fantastic stay!

Great location in West Seattle with amazing views of Mt Rainier and the ship loading! This location is 10-15min to Alki Beach, downtown, Space Needle and 5min to all the West Seattle restaurants and water taxi. Unit 3 is the top unit (3rd floor). This unit was well stocked with coffee, soap, trash bags, all towels and linens. Felt like I was staying at a friend's place. This is on a busy road but there is off street parking. Hosts were super responsive during booking and during the stay!

All communication was via Airbnb app and sufficient detailes were provided. The host even let me know that the place was clean/available before the promised check in time. The appartment was clean and nice. On the negative side, the flooring was squeaky (noisy) and netflix was listed in the advertisement but was not available in the tv.

We absolutely loved our stay! Toni Marie made everything so easy and the apartment exceeded our expectations from all the little touches to the surprisingly comfy sofabed to the serene rooftop. If we had to single out a favorite detail, it’s the big surrounding trees that make the apartment feel like it’s in the middle of a city park. Everything was perfect and we didn’t want to leave!

Great stay. Place is quite small, but it met our needs with a great location and comfortable beds. Better value than a hotel would be. easy walk to Seattle Center and space needle. lots of restaurants and museums in the area. we walked to the waterfront, which was beautiful. There are free busses to the waterfront, too

Robert was easy to work with and the location is amazing along with the amenities. Worked great for our family of 5 + our dog. Made for an excellent weekend seeing family for graduation and the city with the boys. Would recommend.

Ken's place was a great place to stay. Close to all amenities. Check-in was a breeze and he was very helpful with any questions I had.

The AirBnB was perfect for a week long stay in Seattle. Its right in downtown, so you can walk down and get to restaurants, shops and more. Pike place and waterfront are at walking distance too. I could go on runs with my dog along the waterfront. Its a secure building which made the experience more safe and relaxed for me.

Jing was a great host! She was able to accompdate us for early check in! Could not have asked for a better host! The space was clean and tidy, had wifi, and had a killer view of the Space Needle. There was also a washer/dryer and a portable AC unit. Complimentary Hi Chew and water was also a nice touch. The only other accomodation we could have wanted was place to hang out clothes. Not a big deal, but just a convenience. The place was about a 5 min walk to the Space Needle/Chihuly and a 15-20 min walk to Pike's. Having a parking space was key in the city. The parking space was tight and small, but was in a remote accessed garage and felt secure. Had a great time and stay in Seattle. We would certainly stay here again next time we visit!

We were so thankful for Ted’s flexibility. He had the most comfortable pull out couch bed I’ve ever slept on. Finding parking always worked out without a problem. Great location. Comfortable place. It was perfect for my daughters (two 23 years olds) and I!
