Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Alikanas

Excellent stay for the few days we had left at the end of a 3 week holiday. Very convenient for plenty of shops, bars and eating places. Very convenient for the airport of course as you can tell by the location. Obviously there is noise from the airport but it is excellent if you like to get close to planes landing and taking off - like I do. Note, there is no noise overnight as the planes stop. The family running the accommodation were great. We were given a traditional Greek dish from Spiros mum which was delicious. Not only were the family friendly, so was their playful (big) labrador. Don't worry if you don't like dogs - he only visits guests who like him! We even got a free lift to the airport when it was time to go. Well recommended!

We stayed for 9 days in September in the beautiful and clean apartment 1 with amazing (sunset) seaview. Maria and her husband gave us a warm welcome when we arrived late in the evening. Communication with the host was good and fast. Our bed was changed every other day and we received clean towels, provided by a correct and friendly cleaner. There is a small supermarket downstairs and good restaurants. We had a fantastic time and will definitely return. Thanks for everything Danai and Maria.

The apartment was spacious with everything you would expect from a home from home. Our host was friendly and very helpful, his mother is a lovely lady and was also on hand should we need anything. I would highly recommend this air b&b and look forward to staying there again in the future.

We had a wonderful time at Nadia's Studio. We were a family of 3 adults and a kid and Nadia made sure to support us in every possible way to ensure that we spend a beautiful holiday. We never experienced a host that was so helpful and that offered us such a warm hospitality. The house where the studios are is very nice, with private terraces for each studio and a beautiful shared garden with hammocks at the shade of olive trees. The studio itself had everything we needed and was perfectly clean. Additionally, the location is very good and only around 5 min by car to the nicest beach in the island, easily accessible. Nadia had also great recommendations to places to visit and allowed us to spend a beautiful holiday. Definitely the best host we've met so far. A full 100% recommendation.

What a wonderful place! The owners are absolutely lovely people who gave us such a warm welcome. We had a barbecue every day, the pool was always clean, and the apartment was spotless with everything you need for daily living. The view of the sea from the balcony in the morning is simply breathtaking. Our vacation is rated 1000000/10 ❤️ It was an amazing time, and if we could, we would stay even longer! We wholeheartedly recommend this place – it's truly worth visiting!

The apartment is quite basic, but we knew it before we made the reservation as we were looking for a cheaper room in a quiet place. We were lucky because we got an apartment on the ground floor which has a big private terrace (and a cute family of cats who’ll visit). The surroundings are beautiful and close by you’ll find some of the most beautiful beaches in Zakynthos! In fact, looking back we would probably have stayed on this side of the island a bit longer. Giannis was a very reactive host and welcomed us with local wine, olive oil, olives, fruit and water 💙 he also spontaneously suggested a local party with traditional Greek music and dances. If you miss anything in the apartment just ask and they’ll be happy to provide. Would definitely go back!

The villa is beautiful and in a lovely quiet location within 15 minute walk to nearest shops,bars and restaurants. We loved the pool and patio areas with it being so clean. Stathis was very helpful with organising our transfers and quad bike hire. We will definitely be returning very soon!

We had a great time in the small but beautiful Exo Chora! The front yard offers lots of great seating and the bed is cozy. Georgia was very helpful and tried to make our stay as good as possible! :)

We were very lucky to stumble across this tranquil villa. From requesting to book to the point of checking out, Savvina was very helpful and swift with replying, with some great suggestions to certain things we wished to do. We were met by mama nena on arrival who showed us around the villa and made us very welcome, with the added kindness of some lovely homemade produce, the following day we were totally spoilt with the arrival of a delicious pie. The villa was in a quiet area, which we were looking for, with a very short drive to the nearest beaches/taverners. We took in some beautiful sunsets and an amazing sunrise at the villa. We most definately would return, the whole trip was a great success. A big thank you from myself and Gwen

The house is right next to a tiny beach with deck chairs. There's a kayak for guests to use for free, too. Georgios is very nice and helpful.

We had the most wonderful stay at Villa Kanonia . Diana was so friendly and helpful via messages before we arrived and also during our stay. She helped us with everything we needed and nothing was too much trouble. She organised a brilliant boat trip, set up the BBQ as well as local recommendations. She was always on the other end of a message if needed and she made us feel so at home. The house was beautiful , we loved the garden and all the olive trees. We especially loved the walk through the woods up to a stunning look put point over the sea only 15 minutes from the house. We found some amazing places to eat within walking distance, and highly recommend 'Dopias house ' for their fresh Barracuda and Olives ! We would love to come back. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Niki’s villa! From the moment we arrived, Niki was incredibly friendly and sweet – she truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She generously prepared delicious food for us, stocked the place with beers and snacks, and even helped us with setting up the barbecue, which made our evenings so much more enjoyable. The villa itself is lovely, but the garden was the real highlight – beautifully maintained and the perfect place to relax. It was such a peaceful and charming space, ideal for both lounging during the day and gathering in the evenings. Niki’s hospitality made our stay unforgettable. We felt so well taken care of and appreciated all the thoughtful touches. Highly recommend this place – we would come back in a heartbeat!

Don't look any further - this place is wonderful! Peaceful, a beautiful view, a few minutes away by car from lovely village with tavernas and shops but also beautiful beaches, and a supermarket less than 1 minute away. Comfortable beds, everything you need and a fantastic porch with incredible views over the Mediterranean sea, adorable cats around. Antonios was so kind, helpful and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again and could not recommend it more!

Very nice place to stay in a good area with a shop and really nice food place right next. And a 15/20 min walk from the strip. Highly recommend

It feels like a hotel with several visits during the week to change the towels. Fruit was waiting for us on arrival and cold drinks, a real luxury. Communication is very good and the accommodation was clean.

Our visit to Zakynthos in early October provided us with some more clouds, a little rain and closed locations on the island. But at the same time a quiet island with all the space to admire the BEAUTIFUL sea and enjoy the BLISSFUL food and the FANTASTIC people. Our stay at Lofos Soilis made the dream complete. The apartment spacious, was cleaned every day and we had the best, sea view from the front door view! Dionysia was incredibly nice, very flexible in check in and check out and gave good tips on what to do on the island. We will definitely go back to Lofos Soilis on a next visit to Zakynthos!

Rania’s apartment was in a great location! The beach is a 2 minute walk away and was in the heart of Tsilivi with markets, shops and restaurants all within walking distance. Rania was very friendly and accommodating!

Great apartment, very clean, beautiful view, great restaurants and small supermarket within walking distance. At first, the towels were missing, but Panagiotis responded immediately and 30 minutes later everything was perfect. Thank you for the wonderful time on this wonderful island!

Maria was super lovely and welcoming. Amazing communication and wonderful host. She helped with booking a taxi and gave us a local recommendation as well as letting us checkin early and stay at the pool after checkout so we didn’t have to wait with our bags in Keri for hours. Also very cute dogie
