Holiday rentals with a patio in Alikanas

This airbnb was perfect for me and my boyfriend! We fell in love with the views and the kitty’s that walk around and come say hi. If I ever return to Zakynthos I will book this Airbnb again

The owners are super nice and super attentive. They sent us a PDF with the essential things to visit on the island. The accommodation was all very clean and tidy and above all very well equipped in the kitchen/bathroom/rooms. The location was next to the village of Zakynthos. In conclusion, a 10 out of 10.

Absolutely delightful stay! Danai and Maria were very welcoming. The apartment was perfect and in a wonderful location for exploring the island. The restaurant downstairs was excellent. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at Klelia Cottage 7 nights and it was perfect. Hosts were very friendly and helpful, the apartment was big and clean, looked exactly like the pictures, it was cleaned every day (like in a hotel), we got fresh towels and bed linen after 4 days. Beautiful small private beach is only 2mins walk from the apartment, the village is small and quiet - perfect if you rent a car/quad to explore the island and want to sleep at a quiet place. We would definitely recommend Klelia Cottage for your next vacation!

We had such a great time at this Airbnb in Zakynthos! The place was super clean and even had a cleaning service come by during our stay – which was a nice touch. The location is perfect – really central and close to restaurants, beaches, and all the main sights. Our host was incredibly friendly and helpful. He welcomed us with some water and a snack (so thoughtful!) and gave us lots of great tips for places to eat and things to see around the island. We felt completely at home and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Rania’s place! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Rania and her grandchildren, which made for a very warm welcome. The room was clean, comfortable, and tidied up every day, a nice touch that made our stay even more enjoyable. The location couldn’t have been better, just a 2-minute walk to the beach and equally close to a great selection of shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants. Everything we needed was right at our doorstep. Rania was also kind enough to accommodate us with a later check-out after our flight was delayed, which we really appreciated. Her hospitality made a big difference, and we would definitely choose to stay at her place again if we return. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Maria’s wonderful place! It looks just like the pictures. And she is very sweet and full of energy and recommendations!

The breakfast provided is delicious every day, and the host is friendly. The pool and rental items in the accommodation were also really nice.

Despite being located in a very lively neighborhood at night, the apartment is not disturbed by noise given the sheltered position from the main street. The house is simply gorgeous. There is a garden in front of the veranda that makes everything even more pleasant. The host Dionisis is very friendly and kind. He brought us fresh bread more than once, as well as products from his garden. We were also allowed to postpone the checkout by a few hours, which is not a given. An experience we would gladly repeat. Highly recommended!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb. The hosts were very kind and helpful, making me feel welcome. The accommodation was peaceful, providing a perfect place to relax. At the same time, it was conveniently located, allowing easy access to various places. I would recommend it.

My friend and I were on the island for the first time. The place was perfect. Quietly located but not downhill. We were warmly welcomed and got tips for our stay. No matter what you needed, Paganitos took care of it and was available around the clock. He was friendly, warm and open. We also fell in love with the cats that visited us in the morning and evening and were hungry. Of course, we gave them food and water ;) We would definitely come back and recommend this accommodation to everyone.

An amazing holiday, with friendly and very helpful hosts in Sybille and Eckhard. The house was spotless and extremely well equipped, the pool is stunning and the views to die for. Lots of seating around the property to maximise the shade and fans or air con in the bedrooms at night. We spent time in Agios Nikolais at the beach and in the friendly cafe perched over the water. Favourite restaurant among many only 10 minutes drive away was The Old Windmill. Definitely the best holiday we have had for a long time.

Don't look any further - this place is wonderful! Peaceful, a beautiful view, a few minutes away by car from lovely village with tavernas and shops but also beautiful beaches, and a supermarket less than 1 minute away. Comfortable beds, everything you need and a fantastic porch with incredible views over the Mediterranean sea, adorable cats around. Antonios was so kind, helpful and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again and could not recommend it more!

What a special place to stay, the views are even better than the photos show. The house is spotlessly clean throughout with high quality finishes and everything you need. We loved swimming right in front of the house in our private rocky beach but also lots of options for nice restaurants close by and fun activities like renting a boat for the day or a quad bike to explore the rugged coastline. All this and being totally private and away from the crowds so you can relax and just soak up the view. Will definitely come back

The house in Agios Leon is fantastic! it is cosy and makes you feel welcome immediately! The view is stunning and to be in the village between the locals brings a special atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay enormously and will definitely return!

Apartment II is newly refurbished with obvious love to details and attention - it looks exactly like the pictures. It is located in an authentic area not far from the main road and therefore convenient to many surrounding destinations. Also the shared garden/patio and pool are welcoming (many amenities to entertain children) and accurately designed. Alex is a sweetheart: always available, proactive and receptive.happy to help always and to share his Island’s tips. His kindness helped me cope with my light sleep and the two lovely - although barking - dogs patrolling the residences from their kennel. Zakynthos is worth visiting and Alex is great at making anyone feel “an insider” to this Ionian gem.

Recently renovated apartment, very nice, located on the second floor of a 3-story building. Although sometimes noisy because of the street below, there is a spacious balcony for coffee in the morning. Alexandra and Fotis are very friendly and available to give suggestions on the most interesting places on the island. The private and indoor parking space is very useful. Great location, close to the port, bus station and main street of Zakynthos.

The apartment is in the middle of the city, there is a lot to do and a 3-minute walk away is a very nice square with plenty of restaurants. The apartment has good air conditioning and good beds. We really enjoyed very much. Also there is a washing machine which is very nice. The balcony is very large and there is a nice table outside where you can sit with enough people.

Great location conveniently located within walking distance of downtown. Property and amenities were as advertised, and apartment had a high-end feel. Very roomy bathroom and shower as well. Host was extremely responsive when a minor issue came up, which was solved immediately. Two things to be aware of: the spiral staircase leading to the upstairs bedroom and balcony was tight and may not be ideal for someone with limited mobility; and the mattresses were extremely firm. Overall, a great experience. Thanks very much!

The house was clean and exactly as it appears, the hostess was very helpful and willing to find us cruises to see the island. He let us stay longer as he had no reservation on the day we were leaving so he made the schedule flexible. She welcomed us with coffee and breakfast that were not included in the amenities and was willing to answer any questions we had. She also had shower gels and hair masks in both bathrooms. All I would like is for one of the three air conditioners to work a little better because it did not produce much cold air, however we were covered by the two other air conditioners of the house

You can't imagine a more beautiful accommodation. The two are enchanting, flexible, so hospitable, fulfill every wish and are always available. Thank you for the wonderful time on the enchanting island!!

The house was perfect!Very clean and cosy,the hosts were the nicest people ever and they helped us with everything. Its location requires a car to visit the nearby beaches and the neighbourhood is quite and away from the city's noise.I highly recommend this place to everyone that visits Zakinthos!

The host were extremely friendly and accommodating to an early check-in and late check out. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back when in Zakynthanos!
