We booked spontaneously and Fernando was very responsive, friendly and helpful despite being 200kms away. Very quiet place with great view.

I definitely recommend staying at Casa do Cabeço. Really comfortable house in the old town of Linhares. The place was really clean, and the owner helpful and responsive.

House is as in the pictures. We loved the garden and pool, with beautiful views over the village and the grape fields. The reception was very welcoming and nice to experience how proud the owners are of their home, the surrounding area and their port. As far as we are concerned, absolutely right. We were offered fun tips to do, a tour of the house and garden and a welcome drink. There are corners and seats everywhere where you can look up the sun or escape. The kitchen is well equipped and actually everything is present (and also sufficient) The bedrooms are very comfortable, especially the two with bathroom. The village is very quiet, including 2 small supermarkets, pharmacy and some eateries. However, you have plenty of supermarkets and other shops at 25 minutes. It exceeded our expectations, the owners are very friendly and helpful, communicate quickly and made us feel very welcome.

Rosa and Antonio were spectacular, friendly, hospitable and good energy! The property is amazing, wonderful views, calm, comfortable and offers everything you need.

Adriana sent us suggestions, directions and pictures of the location prior to our arrival making it easy to find. She also let us drop of luggage pre check in which was a great help.

We were hosted very well by Filomena in a charming house, furnished and tastefully decorated, where nothing is lacking, where you feel at home. Manu is a very kind host, very available who makes every effort to make your stay pleasant. A big thank you. Don't hesitate to choose this place to discover the Douro.

Renovated and comfortable accommodation. Located in a quiet village and surrounded by a magnificent landscape. Room with a large and comfortable bed, sunny and a large terrace where you can have breakfast while enjoying the scenery and the sun. Good shower. Practical kitchen where you can prepare a nice dinner. From Celeirós you can do many hiking trails by the Douro Vinhateiro, by the Vale da Tua, by the Parque Alvão,... 25 minutes drive from Vila Real. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay in Pinhao if you are traveling by train. It is a steep walk up and down to town but not far. The weather wasn't warm so we couldn't take advantage of the terrace. Bed is comfortable, good heating, quiet at night. Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time. The place is very quiet and in a good location to discover the region. As mentioned by other people, pellets tend to jump easily!! That said, we really enjoyed this cute little apartment.

Nice studio apartment in a very lovely little village. We did a great walk up to a viewpoint, and had a wonderful dinner in the village. The apartment was spacious and served us well!

Great location with free parking down the road by the river. Nice compact apartment with everything you need. Bar directly below is open until 2:00 am every night, so best suited to people who want nightlife or who bring heavy duty earplugs.

We were a group of 3. We travel a lot and we really appreciated all of the thoughtful touches at Ana's place! We drove from Porto and arrived early and Ana was very flexible about allowing us to leave our bags earlier than the check in time. Of the Airbnbs in Portugal, this was our favorite. Do not expect modern decorations but you can count on many comforts that other Airbnbs do not have. Not only is fresh bread delivered each morning but Ana also stocked her kitchen with fresh fruit, milk, juice, sugar, honey, jams, plenty of coffee pods, and she stocked the refrigerator with cheese, eggs, beer, a bottle of wine. The place is very spacious and could have comfortably accommodated more than 3 people. There are cosy bathrobes in the closets, an extra blanket, slippers and plenty of outlets in the bedroom. The bed was very comfortable and the balcony is so lovely and peaceful. If you come to Pinhao, I highly recommend Ana's place!

Vitors hospitality was amazing. Very responsive and helpful host. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed and the views were breathtaking. We appreciated the tour of the winery and the wonderful spread of tapas when we arrived! Would highly recommend Vitor and his wife to anyone looking to visit the Douro Valley ☺️

We had a fantastic stay. The beds in the living room are not in the photo but were completely good for our kids. The air conditioners and the dark rooms allowed everyone to sleep well. The view of the douro and fields was beautiful. You could swim and have breakfast at the adjacent hotel and the 2 restaurants around the corner were super good. You can also easily take the train to Pinhao for a port tasting. In short, wonderful stay!

Excellent, clean, and modern apartment! It had everything one could need, including a stocked kitchen with great coffee, a nice shower, and air conditioning. The bed was comfortable and the place overall was peaceful, which made it easy to rest. Parking was easily accessible at a nearby garage. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The location is amazing, only a block from the train station and walking distance to several good restaurants and wineries. The host was very kind and responsive. However, there was a very strong smell of cat urine in the kitchen and back bathroom as well as a mold smell in the back bathroom. The living room and bedrooms were very clean and welcoming though.
